🏃♀️🏃♂️ @UKinErbil took part in the @FCDOGovUK #GlobalMile this morning, a global marathon with 🇬🇧 Government missions around the world participating. It was wonderful to run with #FreeToRun, which empowers young women and girls through running and other sports.

The return of the #BURCS’ Free to Run Trail Races couldn’t have come at a batter time. The event raised $4,600 for @FreeToRunNGO and collected 100 sports bras for participants in the organization’s Iraq program. massultra.com/2022/10/04/bur…
