You'll have all seen this on the news I'm sure...

Dieticians say restrict fat & especially saturated fat.
Don't eat red meat but oily fish is good, they say.
But oily fish has 2x the fat and 1.5x the sat fat of steak! 🤔

My review of Plokhy’s recent book. Inconvenient for propaganda dupes, of the sort currently roaming Twitter.

Ralph Lorigo sued 212 hospitals that refused to let patients try ivermectin. In the 72 cases he won, all but 3 survived. In the 140 cases he lost or couldn’t get to court in time, every single patient died. My patient Jason Jones was one of the unfortunate ones, thanks to Texas Huguley Hospital.

The globalists hate Russia because it represents everything they hate; a homogeneous population with a unified culture and a strong Orthodox church.
Although I accept that's the "official" position "Our Foreign Secretary" doesn't define how many view this man.
I think many, myself included, look at State positions not with reverence or invest, but with utter detachment and a sort of overt exposure of their corruption.

The truth about the AstraZeneca vaxx is even worse than what @ABridgen reveals here. Although it wasn't 'officially' withdrawn until 2024, they stopped supplying it to GPs & vaxx centres as early as May 2021.
It was already banned in several European countries before then because of the known safety issues.
But the most bizzare thing about the AZ vaxx (apart from the fact that Dame Sarah Gilbert got a standing ovation at Wimbledon June 2021 for leading the team that produced it) is that the vaxx was NEVER approved in the USA even though it was mass produced for export there.
This was all covered in my book with @MartinNeil9 "Fighting Goliath" amazon.co.uk/Fighting-Goliat…
Health Secretary Matt Hancock in 2021 telling us the AstraZeneca Covid ‘vaccine’ was safe and effective.
AstraZeneca withdrew their ‘Covid vaccine’ finally in May 2024 after admitting it could cause blood clots - leading to strokes and pulmonary embolisms. AstraZeneca had been restricted to older age groups in some countries or fully withdrawn from use due to the incidence of severe adverse events including death following its administration.
The truth is actually far far worse. I was told by a representative of the Conservative Government in January 2023 that the ‘vaccine harms and excess deaths’ would be covered up for 20 years and warned that my life would be destroyed by the most powerful vested interests in the world if I didn’t stop raising these issues in Parliament.
I immediately walked out of that meeting and continued to ask questions and table debates on vaccine harms and excess deaths and the rest is history.
The Granit Xhaka story is about non compliance. That's it.
It's not about health or protecting others - how could it be, he's captain of Sunderland and Switzerland - it's simply about not following orders.
Those advocating for his sanction should be ashamed.
Incidentally, I was also given a couple of vaccination cards by somebody who had access to them and knew I wasn't going to take it.

After six wonderful years at UK Music, I'm joining Palantir UK as Senior Vice President.
Palantir is the most interesting company on the planet, doing work of real consequence: helping Britain and its allies defend themselves, helping police protect our citizens and helping NHS staff get patients treated and home sooner.
London is comfortably its largest centre outside the US, home to more than one in six employees, the highest proportion among the world's largest technology companies.
We have challenges. Some criticism is propaganda. Some raises legitimate questions about large technology companies and sovereign control. Both require answers.
Part of my role will be to correct false information while working with our engineers to ensure privacy, security and respect for sovereignty are at the heart of everything we do.
Some might say it gives the little man an incentive to keep the war going.
... that and the gazillion$ in overseas aid that keep going missing.
🇺🇦 Zelensky says wartime elections sound simple until you ask how they would actually work.
“How do you want to make elections? What elections? How can you make elections with the 9 million people who are abroad?
And what do you do with the people who are living in occupied territories? Will they vote? How will they vote? Who will control their voting?”
The push for elections has been building, from Trump and Putin questioning his legitimacy to his own former defense minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, calling for a vote.
Ukrainian law bars elections under martial law, and roughly a fifth of the country is under Russian occupation.
For now, the martial law gets extended and the elections pushed back. Question is, how long will this keep going?

Has Lady Justice Thirlwall spent the past two years on the Moon? This must surely be the only way she could have remained so utterly unaware of the hurricane of new evidence which has torn the case against Lucy Letby to tiny shreds.

By his logic, anyone calling themselves a Lifeboat can flaut any law they like.
Boatload of heroin; absolutely fine if it says RNLI on the side.
I'm deeply concerned that @RNLI lifeboats were recently turned away from two ports, Portsmouth and Southampton.
I've demanded that the Government explains why harbourmasters were allowed to turn away lifeboats that are there to save lives.
