I forgot about this one. Remember that Dugin is in the same organization as Yana Lantratova, the Commissioner for Human Rights in Russia who recently made the news regarding Oleshky. The organization is the Russian intelligence-linked International Club of National Unity (MKNE). Dugin is on the presidium, and Lantratova is the co-chair.

The people in the video with Dugin are Pepe Escobar and Dimitri Simes Jr. Pepe Escobar is a contributor to the Russian Foreign Intelligence Service controlled Strategic Culture Foundation. Simes Jr. has done work for Russian state media and his father was forced to leave the U.S. after being under investigation by U.S. authorities.

Yana Lantratova is the co-chair of the Russian intelligence-linked propaganda organization called the International Club of National Unity (MKNE), which has a GRU officer from unit 54777 (“the nerve center of Russia’s psychological warfare capability”) embedded in it. MKNE also counts General Apti Alaudinov, the Deputy Head of the Main Military-Political Directorate of the Armed Forces of Russia, as a member. Dugin is on its presidium.

Humanitarian Mission in Oleshky: Delivering Humanitarian Aid to Everyone in Need
ℹ️ We are currently in Armiansk, working alongside Russian Human Rights Commissioner Yana Lantratova and coordinating further steps within the framework of this mission. Journalists from three countries have also joined us to cover the mission.
Everything has now been prepared to a high standard. We are delivering humanitarian aid to the residents of Oleshky. Our main task is to ensure that this assistance reaches every person in need. Particular attention is being paid to older people, persons with disabilities, and anyone who is unable to care for themselves due to their health condition or other circumstances.
Twenty-five buses with a total capacity of 750 passengers have been prepared, along with ambulances for people with limited mobility.
❗️Another equally important priority is ensuring that civilians have the opportunity to leave the city. Everyone who wishes to leave Oleshky will be given the opportunity to do so safely. At the same time, those who decide to remain will be able to stay and will receive all the necessary humanitarian assistance.
At this stage, it is equally important that both sides observe the ceasefire.
I would also like to express my special gratitude to the Armed Forces of Ukraine. We continue our work.

Running the search on the old domain name "https://strategic-culture[.]org" returns 7 pages. At 15 returns per page that is another 105 articles. So a safe guess (estimating for duplicates and hyperlink embeds) probably at least 300 articles on the lower end 500+ on the high end.
If I had to guess,@SGTreport, an account with 137,000 followers, has republished hundreds of articles on its website from the 🇷🇺Russian Foreign Intelligence Service (SVR)-controlled Strategic Culture Foundation. Here is the latest on October 29, 2026.
