The PATH train is an absolute disaster on the weekends. And I lived on the L train for years.
Absolutely nothing has been done to absorb the impact of the WTC station shutdown on the 33rd st line. As a result, trains run with delays, every 20 min and too full

I like JC and all, but as it stands, getting to Manhattan on the weekends is as hard as if we lived upstate somewhere. Takes at least an hour, or more. In jam-packed subways. Impossible with an 18 month old.
