If anyone has connections at Amazon, I think someone from the engineering/business side needs to step in to prevent Prime/MGM from killing a golden franchise. I’m seriously going to be telling my AWS account rep that I’m going to take my ~$40M and growing to $100M in business to Azure or GCP if they are going to ruin this.

We are hiring across the board and scaling fast. wellfound.com/company/dinari…
Dinari is growing its business development team to take dShares™ deeper into institutional finance.
Since launching in the US in August, dShares™ now offer 700+ US stocks and ETFs, including the full S&P 500, to eligible investors in the US and 85+ jurisdictions. Now we're bringing that infrastructure to more institutions.
Our focus is on three areas: integrating tokenized equities into existing financial institutions, enabling new investment products built on tokenized securities, and extending their utility across decentralized markets. Each new hire leads one of them.
Umair Dandia, VP of Institutional Solutions: 18 years across Goldman Sachs and State Street, including launching active fixed income and equity ETFs representing $13B+ in AUM. At State Street, he managed strategic sub-advisory and index relationships. Focus: asset managers and new investment products.
Vera Wang, VP of Institutional Business: advised global financial institutions on digital asset strategy at McKinsey, previously JPMorgan, where she supported Asian family offices investing in US markets. She also led US digital asset initiatives in-house at a large Hong Kong-based family office. Focus: broker-dealers and institutional partners.
Isha Varshney, VP of Partnerships: Head of Revenue Operations at Artemis, previously led ecosystem strategy and partnerships at the Celo Foundation. Earlier, she co-founded Wealth Boost Investments, where she served as COO. Focus: DeFi and international fintechs.
dShares™ are built to carry the rights of the underlying securities, including dividends and corporate actions, into new ways to distribute, trade, and build investment products. This team will bring that to more broker-dealers, asset managers, and financial platforms.
Welcome to the team.

📣 Synthetic vs. direct tokenized stocks:
Who wins after the SEC exemption?
Discussing Live:
Peter Curley / @OndoFinance
Gabriel Otte @GabeOtte / @DinariGlobal
Rodrigo Seira @RSSH273 / @CooleyLLP
Ondo is the biggest tokenized stock platform today. Its offshore tokens are structured notes issued out of the BVI. Dinari sells to US investors through its own broker-dealer.
Which model fits through the door the SEC just opened, and what happens to the ones that don't?

This innovation exemption is basically best case scenario for us: it expressly allows third-party tokenization, excludes synthetics, and seems almost written for the dShares model: real shares held in custody with the economic and ownership rights represented onchain. It gives us a path to make dShares actually transferable in the U.S. without changing the core model we already built. There are issuer opt-outs and volume/name caps, but those feel like launch constraints, not structural problems.
To be clear, it’s not about legality, it’s just that synthetic tokens like @RobinhoodApp stock tokens and @Ondo are just indisputably worse for the end investors than even common stocks.
Many took shortcuts to make “tokenized stocks” that are synthetic and indisputably worse for the end investor than stocks. It’s time for the industry to follow @DinariGlobal ‘s lead and adopt the custodial model that protects investor rights.
FWIW @RwaLlama the ERC standards you mentioned didn’t exist when we conceived of dShares five years ago so we’ll take the feedback earnestly and figure out how to continually improve our infra.
Stocks haven’t changed much for the average investor in decades.
You buy them. They sit in a brokerage account. You sell them.
We think stocks should do more.
Move them. Borrow against them. Put them to work. Build with them.
Great conversation with @CoinDesk about why we’re bringing @DinariGlobal dShares to U.S. investors.
Do More with Your Stocks.
.@DinariGlobal just launched US equities for investors inside the U.S.
CEO @GabeOtte says the platform lets users borrow against individual stocks — something previously reserved for those with large portfolios.
@jennsanasie brings you Brand New Rails, presented by @Realfi_co.
We started @DinariGlobal with a simple belief:
Everyone should have access to the world’s best assets, regardless of where they live or how wealthy they are.
It’s humbling to see @circle and @arc showcasing @DinariGlobal alongside @MorphoLabs.
Together, we’re making it possible to do more with your stocks: own them, borrow against them, earn on them, and use them across an open financial system.
That’s the future we’re building.
Cornell’s motto: “Any person… any study.”
The administration: “We didn’t think we had to write that one down.” 😂

The brokerage account is no longer the only front door to the stock market.
Today, @DinariGlobal became the first to let eligible U.S. investors buy regulated tokenized U.S. securities directly from a self-custody wallet using USDC.
Incredibly proud of our team.
US Capital markets are coming onchain.
It’s not every day that the company you founded goes public. It’s an end of an era but the work is still only getting started. I’m forever grateful for the experiences, the people and the memories. Congratulations to all Freenomers past and present! Your work is saving so many lives!
I guess everyone can just claim that they are first in something even though they aren’t these days…. @DinariGlobal
Backpack launches the first 24/7 brokerage for real US equities.
International investors can now buy and sell select US equities on Backpack 24/7/365.
Not synthetic. Not derivatives. Real shares — tradable around the clock.
Via the first always-on market infrastructure connecting direct TradFi brokerage access with 1:1 redeemable onchain liquidity.
Starting with SpaceX (SPCX), Micron (MU), and SanDisk (SNDK). More coming.
Capital doesn’t sleep. Markets shouldn’t close.
Tokenized U.S. equities won't become mainstream until all broker-dealers can offer them as seamlessly as traditional securities.
That's the goal of our partnership with @DinariGlobal.
Together, we're bringing regulated brokerage, custody, clearing, settlement, shareholder servicing, and blockchain-based tokenization into a single operating framework designed for broker-dealers and other financial institutions.
The objective is simple: reduce complexity, accelerate adoption, and give broker-dealers a practical path to offering tokenized equities to their clients using our turnkey infrastructure.
As tokenized securities continue to mature, scalable adoption will depend on infrastructure that fits naturally into existing broker-dealer operations. We believe this partnership is an important step toward making that possible.

With over $3M daily volume, this week $SPCXD became the fifth-largest spot market on Hyperliquid by volume.
It is the only equity in the top five, next to HYPE, BTC, and ETH. Global ownership and 24/7 access of real stocks is here.
