Maybe I'm not speaking loud enough - earlycareers.gov??!! nytimes.com/interactive/2026…
I promise this will be the last @SenatorSlotkin pitch for earlycareers.gov :)
WATCH: Director @skupor joined @newsmax last night to discuss @whfraudtf uncovering $500M in healthcare fraud and earlycareers.gov
The death of Weil, Gotshal is another great reminder of the danger of being in the "messy middle" in a maturing industry - they reportedly grew revenue at less than half the rate over the last ~20 years relative to its other top competitors. The "death of the middle" never fails - you need to go big or niche. wsj.com/business/weil-gotsha… via @WSJ
Credit where credit is due - @CNN took the denial and did zero further work and declared the case closed. @nytimes actually investigated the denial and did the work.
DSCC, Alaska Dem Party and Peltola camp all denied any involvement in recruiting Dan J Sullivan when we asked about this back in June

If accurate, this reporting from @nytimes on the Alaska "Dan Sullivan" situation is wild! nytimes.com/2026/10/28/us/po…
. @VanJones68 is right to call this out. This derogatory trope - that Jews are responsible for others' financial woes - is not just a last century phenomenon. It's been a common refrain going back to the 12th and 13th centuries.
I have spoken out against anti-Muslim hate in the Michigan Senate race. I will speak out just as loudly when the target is Jewish people.
Let me state a little-known fact: ISRAEL GETS LESS THAN 0.1 PERCENT OF THE FEDERAL BUDGET. That’s less than one tenth of a percent!
But there is an ad running that tells voters they can’t afford groceries because the United States gives so much money to Israel. In reality, the United States spends money in and on countries all around the world – but this ad singles out the Jewish state. The ad is as dangerous as it is dishonest.
You can disagree with how the United States spends money abroad. But telling hungry families that the Jewish state is the reason they are suffering is wrong and shameful.
Blaming Jews for people’s problems is an old story. Anybody who has read the last century of history knows where it leads. It is a dark pathway.
This ad is anti-Jewish hate and should come down immediately. Abdul El-Sayed should denounce it today.

Max Planck: "Technology progresses one funeral at a time."
Marc Andreessen on the generational divide in how people receive new technology, and why it's "prime time" for 18-year-olds to grab AI and run with it:
"Douglas Adams, the guy who wrote Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, had the defining description of how technology is received on a generational level... Any new technology is received three different ways by three different age cohorts."
"If you're below the age of 15, it's just the natural way the world works. I've told in other settings the story of introducing my kid to ChatGPT at age seven, 'This is such a big deal because the computer answers questions.' And he's like, 'Duh.'... It's just normal."
"If you're between the ages of 15 to 35, it's new, exciting, a hot field, and you might be able to make a career out of it, in which case you want to learn all the new things."
"If you're above the age of 35, it's unholy and evil, and will surely overturn all existing structures and destroy society."
"I think 18-year-olds right now, I mean, it's prime time to grab these new capabilities and run with them. It's gonna be creation of entirely new fields of entrepreneurship and creativity and art and everything."
"The schools are banning AI or having all these controversies with it. But of course, if you're a kid, that just makes it cooler... AI is your like secret superpower that you have to like deviously figure out how to take advantage of."
@pmarca @bhorowitz
