A cozy village-building game prototype: a bright 3D island with a winding river, colorful houses, a campfire at the center and villagers moving between buildings, all run from a clean build menu and a resource bar across the top.
Per the creator, it was made with Claude Opus 5 in about five hours and already has a working economy, tasks that can be assigned to each villager and plenty of things to build.
Why it matters: an economy and villager jobs are the systems that usually take weeks before a builder game feels playable, and here a polished, playable slice came together in an afternoon.

While adding more animations & resources, I realized my navgrid never updated 😅
Now when a resource is depleted, its collision is removed and only those tiles get updated.
Next resource -> Food 🍖

The God of Water lets you summon tentacles to damage and slow enemies. 💧
Fire + Water = Steam! 🔥
Even though these gods hate each other, their blessings combine to blind ranged enemies and hide you from their aim.

Yes... the lighting makes it so much better! And it POPS just the way I wanted.
A little laggy due to OBS and some tests running in the background.
This is the first map where I had to create a custom flow field, as there is no actual "attack" mechanic, only pressure, much like in a fluid simulation.
I'm going to test an idea of adding a CPU worker to calculate attacks on top of the simulation, but so far, this is a 100% SHADER (GPU)-based simulation!
There are only four things running on the CPU: UI, HP, wave emitter, and "cleaner". Their workload remains constant, regardless of swarm size.
That's why it's so GPU-heavy, and with the biggest swarms, players might get the impression that this game is mining Bitcoin! ;D
#WishlistWednesday I only need 50tish more wishlists to hit 1K!

Not one prompt. Not one afternoon.
~400 hours of locked in work, and this little guy finally runs almost the way I imagined.
Solo mom dev. My own characters, AI as a full-time assistant for the technical base (3D, rig, animation), and me polishing every step in Blender + Unity.
Demo is ~70% there. What should I show next?
(WIP not final companion)
