Its full copyright, original ownership and legal charitable leading rights have belonged to @rebeccaperrotto and the Liv's Stargrace Foundation @Liv_Stargrace from the very beginning. Supported by complete creation traces, authentic personal backstories and official charitable filings, we possess an unshakable set of legal credentials. In contrast, their pre-registered trademark has no foundational origin, merely a superficial label forcibly attached afterward. Attempting to seize the name with a hastily registered trademark and falsely accuse the legitimate official accounts holds no legal ground whatsoever. Their ignorance matches their foolish actions. 2: Shying Away From Fair Competition, Resorting Only to Reports and Suppression Daring not to compete with us on core strengths including charitable development, long-term community operation and tangible public welfare outcomes, they instead fixated on trademark squatting, mass reporting and suspending official derivative accounts.
