Alaska’s Division of Elections tried to kick the fake Dan Sullivan off the Senate ballot after he clearly filed to confuse voters. Courts put him right back on. Now the Governor is ordering an investigation into the whole scheme.

Top-four makes this exact scam way too easy. One ballot. No real party nominee. Only four slots to advance. That’s how you plant a decoy with the same name and hope people get tricked.

Deliberately recruiting a DECOY candidate to trick voters should have legal consequences. It should be a crime!
So glad the governor is taking action.

@govdunleavy should have done this as soon as the corrupt judiciary overturned the election board. About June or so.
