Iran is exercising its inherent right of self-defense under Art. 51 of the UN Charter. President Donald Trump, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Dan Caine, CENTCOM Commander Adm Brad Cooper, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, Middle East Envoy Steve Witkoff, Peace Envoy Jared Kushner should be prosecuted in the International Criminal Court in The Hague for the crime of aggression, and the war crime of intentionally directing an attack against the civilian population. The penalties in the ICC range for 30 years, or in exceptional circumstances, life imprisonment. For humanitarian reasons, the ICC does not impose the death penalty. Anyone present in the United States should be prosecuted in Federal court for violations of United States Code.
