Media Release: Labor grants went to mosque linked to accused FlyDubai terrorist hijacker Tony Burke faces serious security questions after reports that an Australian Islamic organisation linked to the accused FlyDubai terrorist hijacker received multiple multiculturalism grants from the Albanese Labor government. One Nation leader Senator Pauline Hanson said these shocking revelations raise serious questions about whether Labor’s multicultural grants program is shovelling taxpayer money into centres promoting radical Islamic extremism. “This is an extraordinary and deeply concerning revelation,” Senator Hanson said. “The radicalisation of the man accused of trying to hijack an aircraft and carry out a 9/11-style terrorist attack reportedly began in Melbourne as an international student. Now we learn the Islamic organisation he associated with received not one, but two taxpayer-funded grants from the Albanese Labor government in the last two financial years. “The ASIO terrorist threat level in Australia is currently ‘probable’, meaning a greater than 50% chance of a terrorist attack or attempted attack in the next 12 months. Labor now appears to be handing out grants without even properly checking who it is funding. “The prospect that taxpayer funds could be furthering terrorist activities is a truly shocking revelation. “Tony Burke must answer whether he or his department sought security advice before signing off these grants and whether any other organisations linked to people under ASIO investigation have received taxpayer money under this program. “Multicultural grants have exploded under the Albanese Labor government, rising from less than $6 million in 2022–23 to more than $325 million in 2025–26, with 94% going to Labor seats last year. “The same government that refused to name radical Islamic terrorism for days after the Bondi massacre, dragged its feet on a Royal Commission, and fails to confront Islamic extremism head-on is now at risk of funding extremism too. “We need the power to shut down the prayer halls where this terror is preached. We need foreign preachers who incite violence on a plane out of this country. We need the ones born here in front of a judge. And we need ASIO and the Federal Police resourced to dismantle these networks. “One Nation will keep exposing where this money has gone and demanding tougher enforcement against radical Islamic terrorists and their backers. “Bondi should have ended the excuses for this Labor government. This revelation shows Tony Burke’s excuses cannot continue.”

Saudi Arabia is increasingly concerned that continued missile attacks from Yemen could damage its economy and disrupt tourism and business travel, according to the WSJ. Saudi Arabia cannot afford a prolonged war with Yemen's Ansarullah as its stockpile of missile interceptors is being rapidly depleted. Over the past few weeks, Saudi Arabia have targeted entrances to Ansarullah's underground missile facilities. However, the strikes have had limited success and have not significantly reduced Ansarullah's missile launch rate. Saudi Arabia may be forced to seek a ceasefire with Ansarullah in the coming weeks, or possibly even days.

BREAKING: Ukrainian long-range drones have struck the Samara LPDS again. It’a one of Russia’s major oil hubs and has Europe’s largest oil tank farm. Multiple trunk pipelines converge there, bringing crude from Western Siberia, Tatarstan, and other regions for storage, pumping, and blending into the Urals export grade. The facility supplies the Russian armed forces and supports a large share of Russia’s oil exports.

👑✈️ Thailand's Queen flies a Gripen fighter jet solo — making history On October 8, Queen Suthida completed her first solo flight in a Swedish-made Saab JAS 39C Gripen fighter jet. She took off from Wing 7 Air Base in Surat Thani and spent around 41 minutes in the air. Her husband, King Maha Vajiralongkorn, watched the flight. After landing, the king welcomed his wife with a bouquet of flowers and presented her with a special Gripen Order Golden Patch. And this wasn't just a flight for the cameras. The queen has logged more than 1,188 flight hours. Before flying solo, she completed theoretical training, simulator sessions, and over 10 hours of flight training in a two-seat Gripen.
