Let me tell you a funny story from my university days.
Back then, I used to take the bus home on weekends about two or three times a month.
One day, I arrived at the bus station and saw my bus standing there. It was white. I got on, left my bags under the seat, and said hello to the driver. (Little detail: he had a mustache. I remembered that part😂)
Then I got off the bus to enjoy some fresh air while waiting for departure.
Just a couple of minutes later, I noticed the bus was about to leave, so I quickly got back on and took my seat.
We set off, but something felt off. We were going in the wrong direction.
I looked at the driver. Mustache? Check. White bus? Check. Definitely my bus, I thought. Maybe he was just stopping at a gas station.
But then I heard them announce a completely different destination😳
Of course, I immediately asked the driver to stop and got off.
Thankfully, everything turned out fine. I found my actual bus, my bags were still exactly where I’d left them, and guess what? The mustached driver was there too😂
