A judge reportedly known for ruling against the Trump administration has been assigned to a case involving Rep. Ilhan Omar.
This raises a serious question: Can the public have confidence in judicial impartiality when a judge has a history of rulings against one of the parties?
Past rulings alone do not establish bias. But justice must be impartial, transparent, and grounded in the law, not political considerations.
The American people deserve due process, not predetermined outcomes.

Almost everything Obama says during this interview is in direct contradiction to the intelligence report that he had just recently received about interference in the 2016 election.
Obama had just received a report informing him that attempted election interference was negligible at best, had no impact, and that it wasn't being directed from the Russian government.

He was priming the media to be on the look out for the bogus report that he had just asked to be created.

Woman thought she was going to cite the officer for swerving as he pulled up. She is next level intoxicated.
A Monday morning disturbance at an apartment complex escalated from a routine noise complaint into a full arrest after a resident refused repeated lawful orders to stop disrupting the neighborhood.
โOfficers were dispatched to the apartment property after dispatch received three separate 911 calls from neighbors reporting a woman shouting and causing a sustained disturbance outside.
โUpon arrival, the responding officer made contact with the woman, identified as Tiana, who exhibited visible signs of severe intoxication and erratic behavior. Rather than complying with initial requests to return inside her residence and go to sleep, she engaged in a repetitive verbal confrontation, fixating on allegations that the patrol vehicle had swerved while parking in the alley.
โThe officer attempted to resolve the encounter by issuing a municipal citation for disorderly conduct and a city noise ordinance violation. He instructed Tiana multiple times to move to the front of the squad vehicle so he could complete the necessary paperwork.
โTiana actively refused the directive, stating she would not accept a ticket, claiming she had a legal right to shout on the property, and attempting to walk away from the scene back toward the residential units.
โDue to her continued non-compliance and refusal to obey direct orders during the investigation, the officer placed her under physical arrest. After brief resistance, she was secured in two linked sets of handcuffs to accommodate wrist spacing and placed in the back of the patrol unit.
โThroughout the transport process, she repeatedly asserted that the arrest constituted entrapment and claimed the officer would lose his badge and employment over the contact.
โTiana was transported to the county jail and formally charged with misdemeanor obstruction of a peace officer alongside disorderly conduct. The case remains pending in court with no formal disposition entered.
