Started with an EIP-7702 delegation, but Binance 16 signed with its own key, so their signing is compromised. Tether & circle froze ~$2.3B, exploiter still borrowed 20k WETH on aave.
In total:
~$3.5B drained on ethereum,
~$5,64B counting Bitcoin and Tron.
~$880M freezable but not frozen.
So we have approximately $5.643B in outflows from Binance-labeled wallets as Tether and Circle freeze at least $2.316B in stablecoins
• Ethereum: $3.528B
• Bitcoin: $1.449B
• Tron: $628M
• Arbitrum, Optimism and Base: $38M combined.

THE SHRUGFLATION TRIANGLE
I wrote about what happens when the two biggest borrowers in the economy seemingly stop caring what money costs: (1) oil, AI, and Treasuries feeding into each other (2) who ends up paying for it (people) and (3) why nobody seems to be able to stop it
Built an open-source PairToken implementation with no 10% fee.
- deposit two tokens -> get one ERC-20
- backed by a full-range uni v4 position
- no protocol fee, no owner
- fully open source and MIT licensed
unaudited, use at your own risk:

This weekend I invented something new, a new type of token using Uniswap v4 hooks that I call a Pair Token.
A Pair Token is a new type of ERC-20. It is a fused, auto-compounding asset, a fusion of two tokens.
For example, the stock tokens NVDA and SPCX fused into a single tokenized version of the two, with the ticker NVDASPCX, or ETH with NVDA, creating ETHNVDA.
Each Pair Token represents a full-range Uniswap v4 liquidity pool.
So why mint these tokens?
These tokens are self-multiplying in terms of value, as at any moment anyone can call the compound function to compound the LP fees generated by the pair’s trading activity back into the asset.
The token represents a new financial primitive, as it represents a proportional value and moves as an LP position NFT would, except that it is auto-compounding and, thanks to its v4 hook, allows for compounding and self-growth.
Since it is an ERC-20, this token can be freely traded onchain, LPed, or even paired with a launchpad.
A new type of token for a new type of exposure and strategy.
Starting tonight, you’ll be able to mint or redeem Pair Tokens for any pair on Robinhood Chain via the StonkBrokers website.
Minting and redeeming are free, and the compounding process on the tokens incurs a 10% fee on the LP fees generated, which is used for $STONKBROKER buybacks.
I look forward to a new line of products and protocols on Robinhood Chain using this new financial primitive.
Only on Robinhood Chain, powered by Uniswap. @Hookrfun

Whelp I got banned on @github randomly with 0 warning or explanation after 15+ years. Not a repo taken down, my entire account removed. 100s of repos, deploys, and logins. Decades of history at various org’s. Gone.
Support ticket filed, but 2 days later no response, and no reason why… 😭😭😭
On the off chance any of my followers work at GitHub, any chance you could help escalate this support ticket, thanks 🙏

Only info I have is an automated sweep marked my account as maybe violating the terms, and requires manual review. Which I don’t think I did? But if I did on accident, I’m happy to fix & remedy any way I can.
I dont understand why they wouldn’t pull down a single repo if there was an issue. I just want my account back. I have literal years of my life and work saved there. This sucks. Trust broken.

The next great AI researcher is 15 years old right now and cant afford your API.
This kid has a used GPU and a lot of time. That used to be enough. Thats how people got into Linux, into games, into hacking, into ML.
With open weights its still enough. You download a model, look inside, break it, fix it, quantize it, see what each part does. I ranked all 12,096 experts in GLM-5.3 Flash this way and nobody had to hire me first.
With an API you learn to write prompts. Thats all. You never see a weight. You learn the product and nothing about how it works.
So when a lab says open weights are too dangerous to release, hear what it means for that kid. The only way left to study modern AI is to get hired by 1 of 5 companies.
I dont want a world where you need permission to learn.
Give the kids the weights.
If there's no scene about @ErikVoorhees crushing this guy on @Bankless then it is not real.

If you're worried about AI breaking ECDSA and wiping out your Bitcoin in the next few months, at minimal cost, here's my advice: take your pills
1️⃣ If Asymmetric cryptography falls, Bitcoin will be the least of our problems.
TLS breaks, banking systems are in trouble, secure communications go out the window, and critical infrastructure becomes much easier to attack. Worrying about your coins at that point is like worrying about your Wi-Fi password while the house is on fire.
2️⃣ Nothing indicates we're anywhere near such a breakthrough.
The latest mathematical results are impressive, sure. Take the recent integer multiplication result, which claims to beat the n.log n barrier with an exponent improvement of 2^-182. That's genuinely interesting mathematics, but hardly a practical breakthrough. It doesn't change our understanding of how to break ECDSA.
And if your logic is that nothing can be trusted until it's proven unbreakable, congratulations. By that standard, nothing is safe, including hashes.
Keep an eye on the research. Take cryptographic risks seriously. But let's not confuse theoretical progress with an imminent cryptographic apocalypse.
Just take your pills.
If your assets moved without your permission and now live in 0x71cf3f5724bd2b72ef6464992acd26216de7fe33, don't worry, they are safe.
Still, revoke the contracts above.

hey ya this is a whitehat and everything in 0x71cF3f5724bD2B72Ef6464992aCd26216DE7fe33 is safe and will be returned once they are no longer at risk
OP Grants Council ran 6.29M OP while OP fell ~83% ($0.85→$0.13). With 2.2M OP deployed, we drove +$8.00M ΔTVL. No multisig compromised, no misused OP. The 60% missing milestones is traceable, unclaimed, on-chain.
