I gotta say, the amount of hate I’m seeing from major crypto personalities towards @RichardHeartWin is shocking.
Since when did the crypto community applaud governments arresting blockchain founders and proponents of self custody?

Richard James Schueler:
> He launched HEX in 2019
> The coin pumped around 10,000x in less than 2 years
> Many investors made money and many also lost, like with any asset or coin
> Since Richard Schueler is an entrepreneur, he made a big profit from the HEX concept too
> In 2023, the government smelled the money, so they decided to charge HEX, PulseChain, and PulseX for unregistered securities offerings. They also charged him with fraud
> On October 14, 2026, Turkish authorities (police and intelligence) detained Heart and his wife in Istanbul's Beşiktaş district under an Interpol Red Notice
People lost more money on Trump's and his wife's memecoins, but they're still free!
If Richard James just hadn't doxxed himself and had used $XMR to hide his net worth, he'd probably be free now.
If you're a crypto builder or founder, think twice before starting... the government can get jealous too!

They got Mr Richard Heart, my favourite Finnish friend.
Richard, the legendary OG founder of ethereum:0x2b591e99afe9f32eaa6214f7b7629768c40eeb39 token and PulseChain, is a man of action and likes to hang heavy stuff around his neck. HEX was one of the reason the Uniswap v2 originally got off the ground because no legit exchange was willing to list the token.
12 cell phones, 8 computer safes, 6 laptops, 20 video cards, 14 SSDs, 7 flash memory and 3 memory cards were recovered in the searches made at the relevant address.
In addition, 3 pistols, 4 long-barrel rifles, 7 magazines, one thousand 360 cartridges and 1 wedge were found. In the operation, 2 drones, 24 hours, 20 gold bracelets, 7 gold chain necklaces, 600,000 dollars, 2 thousand 600 euros and 50 thousand pounds were also seized. The investigation is underway.

The number of White Americans that commit suicide over taxes is never talked about and mostly covered up.
There is a whole section in the IRS employee handbook on how to handle suicidal citizens it’s so common.
All to fund the foreign hordes that devour the flesh of my country.
RJ Mitte reveals how he was financially exploited at just 17 while trying to protect his Breaking Bad earnings.
“I’ve paid more in taxes than I got from Breaking Bad. As a young kid, I had a big team, traveled the world, and spent money keeping my career going. Everything went back into the business.”
A bad business manager made things worse.
“During the last four years of my highest-earning series, I wanted to protect my money. I was 17 or 18, and everyone was telling me to get a proper accountant.”
Instead, he got scammed.
“Dude, I got eaten alive.”
He says the woman targeted 14 other actors, including people with disabilities and older performers.
“I’d write a check to pay my taxes, and instead of paying them, she’d send me a fake tax filing and keep the money.”

“At the end of the day, though, it was my negligence. The IRS doesn’t really care about you.” 😔

decision markets are more interesting than prediction markets for young fundamental analysts looking for a home: they deal with companies, capital structure, and intrinsic value while prediction markets deal with elections, sports, awards, and lots of insider-dominated questions.
I am among the tiny subset of people who use decision markets every week in my capacity as the largest ownership coin investor. I feel like I am using the frontier model for governance while everybody else is on the equivalent of GPT-3.5.
Decision markets are *extremely* powerful as corporate governance tools as long as your goal is to maximize price per share. Throw virtually any governance decision at one of these markets, and you have a mechanism explicitly designed to select the outcome that maximizes shareholder value.
These markets are resilient to many attempted attacks and corner cases (most of the corner cases people bring up dissolve upon contact with reality or misunderstand the basic mechanism altogether). They work under pretty limited assumptions too; I have seen decision markets work with a shockingly small number of investors. I've seen board-level decisions correctly resolved by markets with as few as 3 or 4 informed participants.
I am convinced that decision markets offer better investor protections and lead to more value creation than the US corporate governance system (best system on earth after decision markets) specifically because you can avoid board capture and attacks on minority shareholders, and because markets are powerful prediction tools. It's completely obvious to me that decision markets offer much better shareholder protection and value creation alignment than the corporate governance systems governing companies across the rest of the world.
Importantly, decision markets are much, much better than all other Internet-native governance mechanisms that I have ever seen in practice. I work at a token fund and see everything. It is extremely easy to manipulate virtually every other DAO governance mechanism I've encountered since 2020. This is important because no single national legal system can serve as the native governance infrastructure for the entire Internet.
The US legal / litigation system isn't going to scale to tens of millions of businesses around the world. The Delaware Court of Chancery receives roughly 1,400 new civil cases a year, and securities class actions take a median of 3.5 years to settle. If you believe in a world where companies everywhere can raise capital or go public on the Internet then decision markets may become the governance infrastructure for millions of businesses. That means millions of decision markets. This is the best time to get nerd sniped. We are at the beginning of the exponential curve for decision markets, and knowing how they work is actually quite lucrative (that's the point).

REMINDER: New Bitcoin Hardfork **Oct 31** !
- After two successful test networks (Aug 23, Sept 20), the real network is ready to go.
- Full node software available NOW.
- Pre-trading (via a wrapped token) is LIVE.
Details below...
BREAKING: New Bitcoin Fork
I am helping create a **new Bitcoin Hardfork** -- dropping this August, called "eCash".
- Your coins will split. For example, if you have 4.19 BTC, then you will get 4.19 eCash.
- You may sell your eCash -- or keep it. Or ignore it!
Vegas:
- Yes, I will be in Vegas next week.
- No, I won't mention this, on stage -- (that would be rude).
Our L1 Node...
- is a near-copy of Bitcoin Core.
- is Sha256d mined.
- forks via a one-time difficulty-reset -- to its minimum value. (So, mining will be crazy at first.)
- Yes, we will change the seed nodes, the name, the network magic, etc.
Codewise, the L1 will remain compatible with Bitcoin Core:
- We will continue to merge their changes (even the bad ones).
- The L1 will activate Bip300/301 via CUSF -- the core untouched soft fork. So, no lines of code will be changed, on the L1.
- The activation client will be published periodically (link below).
- We will do several bug bounty contests this summer.
- The client will be frozen 30 days prior to the fork.
Yes, there will be Drivechains:
- We have 7 in developement right now.
- Users can also submit their own.
- Drivechain is a vision of "competing L2s" -- this avoids the "dev capture" problem.
- These L2s are all Merged Mined. Miners automatically get free $.
- Our L2s are already capable of planetary scale, and onboarding 8 billion users.
- We also have a zCash-like L2, with strong privacy.
- Other L2s: Truthcoin (Prediction Markets), CoinShift (Decentralized Exchange), BitAssets (NFT etc), BitNames (Identity), Photon (Quantum Resistant).
Unlike BCH (the 2017 fork):
- There is no "Bitcoin" in the name. New name, new brand.
- You are getting advanced warning (4 months).
- We are replaying all txns (at first). We will release a coin-splitter tool.
- This is a permanent & sustainable fix to Bitcoin's problems (instead of a 1 MB to 8 MB temporary fix).
- Back in 2017, the BTC tech stack was strong, and expectations for Lightning were strong. Today, it is the reverse.
Video to follow.

Kind of crazy the bitcoin price isn't much lower given the mix of FUD and real security problems over the past year or so:
-"Quantum computers will break Bitcoin"
-"AI will break Bitcoin"
-"Strategy's STRC is the new Terra LUNA"
-Coldcard hardware wallet firmware exploited for $100 million+
-Supply chain attack on Ledger hardware wallets for another reported $90 million+ in bitcoin and other crypto
-$5 wrench attacks at record highs
-Data breaches involving personal data to be used in $5 wrench attacks also seemingly at record highs
-Money printing bug exploited in Liquid Network sidechain for $320 million (before most sent back)
-"Zcash is private bitcoin"
-AI finding all kinds of bugs in crypto and Bitcoin-related software
What else am I forgetting?
