NEW: @TPN_Labs says TPN-007 is live on Hugging Face. The 2.32 GB model was built under a 4.2 GiB target and runs on @Gratis_AI.

The task was to fit Qwen3.5-4B under a 4.2 GiB ceiling without losing its reasoning, instruction following or multilingual ability.
The produced model stands at 2.32 GB and it runs on @Gratis_AI 🐰
