On October 26, 2022, while in an ISP interview room alone, David Vido and Jeremy Clinton repeatedly told Kathy Allen that her husband, Richard Allen, had killed two teenage girls.
They repeatedly lied to Kathy about the .40cal bullet found at the crime scene, misrepresenting its significance and lying about Rick's "lack of cooperation" with their "investigation".
Weeping, breathless and hyperventilating, Kathy Allen was bewildered and despondent.
They pressed on.
Vido and Clinton repeatedly subjected Kathy to Reid Technique tactics.
Back in 2024, someone told me: "Vido will face judgment before God for what he put Kathy through on October 26th".
I didn't understand what they meant until now.
All the monsters in this case wear badges and carry .40cal LE issued firearms.

That history of greatness is felt in every neighborhood across every borough, and it was an honor to celebrate it at Gracie Mansion last night.

Alvin Hellerstein, the federal judge overseeing the prosecution of former Venezuelan President Nicolás Maduro, died Wednesday at the age of 92.
He appeared at a hearing in that case just this month. It will now be randomly handed off to another judge, as will his other cases.
The New York native spent nearly three decades on the bench where he oversaw cases involving Sept. 11 victims and President Donald Trump's hush money lawsuit, among many others.
Colleagues described him as personable to the people in his court and careful with procedure.
A court official said Hellerstein died of natural causes.
4 years ago today, the State of Indiana charged Richard Allen with murders that he had nothing to do with.

I love when the State successfully opposes bond by claiming that a defendant is a menace to society & threat to witnesses, then months later opens plea negotiations with an offer of straight probation. Almost seems like intentional coercion.
But Brutus is an honorable man.
Durks bond motion is extremely strong. I have said from jump he should be given a bond. Any Federal Judge that gets a package like this that denies the application for bond is really going to have to do some work in that order to explain themselves. Bond on Federal cases for the most part are used to force a plea or for an advantage for the government. I have seen people denied for bond get 18 months....what did it accomplish keeping them in? Is society safer in 18 months? Its a ridiculous argument often made by the government.

I grew up in a world Dolores Huerta helped make. Every time a worker in this city organizes for a fair wage, every time a tenant, delivery worker, or a nanny stands up and demands better, they join a tradition she forged.
She led without asking permission. She organized farmworkers when the country looked away, took the grape boycott to every corner of America, and won protections that changed millions of lives. Her work started in California’s fields, but it was never only for California. Families in New York, in Texas, and in the Midwest followed in her footsteps and learned from her example, without ever meeting her.
Her bravery and fight for justice continued until the very end of her life, when she came forward to share the truth about what she had survived -- even though silence would have been easier.
She taught us that sí se puede and lived it every day.
New York mourns Dolores Huerta. Let us honor her by continuing the work.

People are out here saying that the FL mom left her kids alone for 6 days (4 until the accident) because her “husband beats her.”
This is unequivocally FALSE, and I will not let the internet smear this man because they feel bad for a mom who left 4 kids alone to fly 2500 miles and three time zones away.
I posted yesterday the details of the MISDEMEANOR battery charges brought against him for knocking Irene’s phone out of her hand. He never touched her.
Read the police report and you can see that she followed the dad and kids to school drop off to instigate the entire situation.
I went a step further this morning.
Florida has the most transparent records laws in the country, so any of you could have done this and seen for yourselves.
Mark Miller has NEVER had anything but a TRAFFIC TICKET.
No DV, no abuse. NOTHING.
There is also NO court order forbidding contact with his kids.
Irene, however, has been charged with 4 felonies and each carries a 5 year prison sentence/$5k fine/loss of custody.
Irene Miller is NO HERO, nor is she an abused woman. She tried to fool everyone, but she must not know how transparent FL record laws are.

According to Osceola police records, Irene Miller and her husband, Mark Miller, had an altercation outside of their children’s school in August.
Irene and Mark lived together, but were “separating” and each took turns taking the kids to school. Irene showed up on Mark’s day, and started filming him, prompting Mark to knock the phone out of her hand.
She called the cops, and he was charged with misdemeanor battery.
