@GreyStonePower came out yesterday to set three new climbing poles for in our Energy training yard. It was an amazing learning opportunity for the students to see how these poles are set. Thank you GreyStone for being such a great partner with us here at PCCA.

An inconvenient thing to add into the mix!
Expecting that we'll eventually have a Wind Advisory, too, to account for winds gusting near 35 mph as wintry precipitation falls. Gusty winds combined with accumulating ice only increases the chance of power outages. @GoodDayAtlanta

Mother Nature has clobbered Georgia recently. Severe weather hammered the electric distribution system in April but is no match for EMC line crews. Even during COVID-19, EMCs continue to provide safe and reliable electricity to nearly half the state’s population. #PowerOn

If you’re relying on extension cords and power strips for small appliances and electronics, it’s probably time to call an electrician! Remember: Your home has a limit for how much electric load it can handle. #ElectricalSafetyMonth #PlugIntoSafety
