I've learned through actual results that "patience" is a quality that pays invisible to visible wealthy results.

I feel compelled to tweet this: IMO There is something criminal or fraudulent going in the road patching process of Jamaica. A short thread!

5.With the use of tech I continue to wonder if we can't formulate a legislation and press for it to either sue the Gov't especially with the fanfare of the "One Road Authority".

4. In closing too many roads have no resilience to any elements and its clear somewhere the process has failed. I wonder what the guidelines for Road Patching for Jamaica because what we see now could never be it.

3. Left long enough in the deplorable way it was prior to October soon the entire left side for traffic going onto Molynes will be maneuvering over a trench.

2.With the rains the neatly patched road now has the EXACT place forming back the crater. It's started small thus far so we're only avoiding a little piece right now.

1. There was a crater (no joke) at the connection of Woodhaven Ave/Miraflores Dr. & Molynes for months and sometime in the month of October it was patched.

At some point in every country where the elected officials pillage and plunder off the backs of the people the chickens come home to roost. Let this be a warning for all countries who take their population for granted. The population is the reason for the circular flow of money.
Paraguayan President Santiago Peña has resigned amid a deepening political and financial crisis sparked by the collapse of Ueno Bank, a major digital lender with nearly three million customers and approximately $850 million in public deposits. The Central Bank seized control of Ueno after it fell into insolvency, leaving millions of customers unable to access their money. Peña, who held shares in the bank’s parent company until 2025, faced impeachment over alleged conflicts of interest, misuse of public funds, and institutional cover-ups. The scandal resulted in protests in the capital city of Asunción, forced the resignation of the Central Bank chief, and prompted criminal investigations of bank executives. Peña’s resignation comes as lawmakers were preparing to vote on his impeachment, with some of his powerful allies in the ruling Colorado Party withdrawing their support for him. The scandal highlighted the close ties between the Colorado Party and the country’s financial institutions, drawing sharp rebuke from many Paraguayans. “Santiago Peña and the Colorado Party have stolen all our savings,” Luis Pineda, a demonstrator in Asunción, told AP. “We are fed up with 70 years of plunder.”

The British starved Ireland and then cited Irish poverty as evidence of Irish inferiority. The Belgians extracted the Congo’s resources for a century and then cited Congolese underdevelopment as evidence that Africans needed to be governed. The Americans sanctioned Cuba for 66 years and then cited Cuban economic difficulties as evidence that socialism doesn’t work. The structure is the same. It has always been the same. You remove the conditions necessary for success. You wait. You point. You conclude. The only thing that changes across centuries and continents is who’s being pointed at.

The recent move by the government to cut spending is one of the main reasons why revenue concentration must be managed accordingly by companies. It's great to have the government as a client because once there is a signed contract you know you are getting paid. But, in this situation when they decide to cut back but cover 80% of your revenue, your business automatically crumbles. Peace times are great; cash is flowing and everyone is happy but always be prepared for times of war.

Two articles today, one in Jamaica Observer and the other in Jamaica Gleaner should be read together. "Poverty is not a virtue; wealth is not a vice" by @LisaHannamp and "The cost of running the State: Can the economy sustain it" by @keenanfalconer and Aubrey Stewart.

Some people think other people are credible only because of how much they agree with their own views. Their “credibility” is merely the extent to which the person has confirmed their own biases.
