🚨Turns out, that UVU report may have been very misleading.
Did you notice that in the email to TPUSA they only NAMED 1 alternate location? That location was ALSO OUTDOORS BY THE WAY.
The Report says:
“alternative locations such as the Fulton Library Quad or interior locations where access could be more effectively controlled.”
Guess what: Y'all are so sure Brian Harpole Lies when he said they needed a permit, right?
Once ticket sales hit 1k, to move the event they did require a PERMIT. BINGO.
But even at 600, The event would been to be approved AGAIN BY UVU IF MOVING LOCATION.
Also, UVU would have required and additional approval process to move the event indoors.
UTAH MASS GATHERING LAW States that an event over 1k people requires a permit
The Utah provision is Utah Administrative Code R392-400 - Temporary Mass Gatherings Sanitation.
The key sections are:
R392-400-3 - Definition. A “temporary mass gathering” is an actual or reasonably anticipated assembly of 1,000 or more people, expected to continue for two or more hours per day, at a site being used for a purpose different from its designed use and usual type of occupancy.

1) There’s nothing secret about Club America. Charlie started Club America as a major initiative of TPUSA. He talked about it all the time. We talk about it all the time. Charlie was incredibly proud of it. His vision was a Club America chapter in every high school in America. Your lack of basic understanding about it shows you haven't known Charlie or TPUSA for the last 7 years. This was one of his most passionate projects, and yet you act mystified.
2) In Idaho, Governor Little issued a very public proclamation supporting students’ free speech rights to start or join a Club America chapter.
3) Yes, Club America holds meetings in high schools. They’re high school clubs. Generally speaking, parents aren’t sitting around high schools during school hours. But even today there were many parents present. Some brought their parents and took pictures with Erika.
4) Why are you suddenly treating students organizing around their patriotism, faith, and the Constitution as something sinister? Or are conservative ideas uniquely inappropriate for schools while far-left indoctrination gets a pass?

Parents have emailed me about another “secret” event that Erika is doing today addressing middle schoolers and high schoolers in Idaho.
It is a daytime event at a private Christian school (I will not name the school or town) and the parents are not welcome to attend.
My question is why? Why is TPUSA suddenly focused on espousing politics to underaged kids? And who is privately pushing for or funding this?
