Big news! HPRI Director @GaryDeanPainter has been named as the incoming Academic Director of the Real Estate Center at the University of Cincinnati, where he will also serve as a professor of real estate and the inaugural holder of the BEARE Chair in Real Estate.
I am excited to announce that I will be joining @LindnerCollege @uofcincy in August. I can't thank my colleagues at @USCPrice enough for all of your contributions to my career over the last 27 years. I will miss you.
Dr. Painter will remain Director of HPRI through 2024, and will work with the HPRI community to plan for the next phase of HPRI’s work.
Managing Director @sabamwine will continue in her role as the lead staff person for all HPRI activities, and will remain at USC along with the rest of the HPRI team.
