Wow! Spain is buying over $7 billion worth of American weapons? Oh no! We Moroccans should be terrified. Spain must be preparing to wage war against us!
Sounds absurd? Well, that's exactly the hysteria some Spanish media indulge in whenever Morocco buys weapons or conducts military exercises. Every move Morocco makes is portrayed as a threat to Spain, as though we were obsessed with our northern neighbor and Spain were the center of the universe.
Here's a reality check. Morocco is not obsessed with Spain. We don't interpret Spanish arms purchases as preparations for war against us. Every sovereign country has the right to defend itself.
For Morocco, Spain is a strategic partner, not an enemy. An important partner, certainly, but one among many across the world. Perhaps it's time some Spanish commentators realized that not everything Morocco does revolves around Spain. shorturl.at/N3UKJ

This is France’s most famous painting.
It shows a violent revolution with barricades, armed civilians, and dead bodies.
Acting shocked that France has street unrest is peak historical illiteracy.

He doesn’t care who he’s facing, what they’ve achieved, the stage or the competition. He steps onto that pitch with one mentality: to dominate, win his battles and impose himself on the game. No fear, no hesitation, just pure confidence and maturity beyond his years.
