Apparently pointing out that he didn’t answer the question was offensive enough to @selbsman1.
Way to ignore the question there.

Adding yet another nail to the already crowded coffin lid on the preposterous missile idea. The NTSB reports that most of the Learjet's left elevator, the moving part of the tail that controls pitch, was found in three pieces between 1.3 and 3.8 miles from the impact site. At least one piece was found by a civilian, who reported it to the NTSB, and they picked it up. Parts like these typically carry a data plate that ties them to the specific aircraft, and I'm certain the NTSB will, if they haven't already, check it to confirm it came from this Learjet. Not that there's much doubt. It seems rather unlikely any other Learjets lost an elevator over that area in the last day. πŸ™„ Now this is what genuinely curious minds could focus on. Real physical evidence that normal people can analyze, question, and debate. Not mythical missiles. So what could it mean? Could the elevator have come off before the dive? It's possible. Would that alone have brought the plane down? Not necessarily. In 2006 a Learjet 36 lost its right elevator off San Diego, made it back, and landed safely. Losing one is serious, but on its own it isn't automatically fatal. The more likely scenario in my mind is that it came off during the dive. The crew reported an overspeed, and they were coming down at over 20,000 feet per minute, well past the jet's speed limits. That's exactly the kind of stress that tears control surfaces off. And once it was gone, any chance of pulling out of that dive went with it. What it certainly didn't do is come off at impact. If it had still been on the plane when it hit, it would have been found close by, not miles away. Miles away means it came off in the air and fluttered down. Of course, this is what the NTSB will sort out, with resources far beyond us armchair aircraft engineers, myself included.

From the just concluded NTSB Briefing confirming what we already knew from ATC intercepts, and documenting the investigation to date. Main takeaway: It will be a long and laborious process to to recover the bits of the plane, including the CVR, which they have not confirmed was even installed. They also asked for witness statements and videos and cautioned against disturbing any debris found. They did confirm the man in the white car was injured in the leg. The debis field was wider than the crater with debris scattered across about 1 sq mile. They have some evidence the vertical stablizer detached before it hit the ground. No probable cause identified. No list of passengers. Weather is a major focus of the investigation. youtu.be/9utTZTQbKz8
Yesterday showed the internet at its absolute worst. While nine families were learning their loved ones died in the West Palm Beach Learjet crash, shameless grifters were already turning the crater into a cesspool of ignorant conspiracy theories. Millions of views on pure fictionβ€”from Lenny Kravitz being on board to claims it wasn't even a plane. Let's go through the worst of it: Shot down by the Mar-a-Lago air defenses? Short-range systems like the Stinger top out around 10,000 feet. Flight tracking had this jet at about 35,000 feet before the dive. A missile, not a plane? It was Learjet 60 N722BD, Austin to North Eleuthera. The crew was on the radio with Miami Center reporting ice and turbulence, then a mayday and an overspeed at 20,000 feet per minute. See @alexboge overlay of the final crash frame False flag? A real tail number, a real route, a real cockpit voice, real flight tracking, real video of the crash. An ADS-B reconstruction of the final 78 seconds. NTSB investigators will report later today. No debris? A near vertical impact at that speed shatters an airframe into unrecognizable pieces. A Learjet captain told CBS12 exactly that. Photos and video of he crash site show it littered with small pieces of twisted metal. ATC audio came out too early? LiveATC(.)net records air traffic radio publicly in near real time. Nobody released it. It was available everywhere. It did not come from a blackbox. DEI pilot? Nothing released points to the pilot. Ice, turbulence and an overspeed are what the tapes show. We know the pilot was a woman. That's it. Some people are naming her. I prefer to wait on the official announcement. Nine people died. The NTSB briefs today in West Palm Beach. Can we wait for the facts before we use their deaths to sell a theory?

In today's Whitehouse on a Halloween party we a kid wearing a russian military uniform with a modern russian tank forces patch featuring Armata tank. This is a carefully crafted political message by someone in Trump's inner circle. This isn't a coincidence. Troops wearing this patch are currently pillaging and raping Ukrainian children, while their supporters and enablers sends their kids to celebrate Halloween with the USA president.

You guys realize we’re truly living in a golden age of having unfettered access to idiots on the internet. Between the AI bros, crypto bros, chemtrail believers, flat-earthers and people who use speakerphone in public, this site’s a smorgasbord of the dumbest fucks alive. It’s πŸ‘Œ

Flat Earthers love to scream "perspective" and show distant cityscapes or ships with their bottoms cut off - and somehow miss the irony that they're demonstrating Earth's curvature! Let's see how these two would look side by side, globe vs. flat, at distance - including zoomed in with a P1000. Perspective shrinks things. Only curvature hides the bottoms.

Submitted for your amusement.
acceleration is not a change in velocity. It is always and only an increase in velocity. When the ball leaves your hand it is decelerating in speed because of the FORCE of gravity. Not the acceleration of gravity. Gravity can apply a FORCE that may or may not make an acceleration
