Given that Reform are so obsessed with pubs, every single pub should put an RNLI collection box on the bar.

Pharmacy First lets pharmacists diagnose shingles, otitis media & UTIs off the back of a medicines-focused MPharm + self-directed e-learning modules. No mandatory diagnostic exam. No supervised patient assessments. GPs train ~10 yrs for this. What could go wrong?

@MedRegoncall1 in light of the expansion of #Pharmacyfirst let’s hope #Pharmacists stick to the conditions & don't guess a diagnosis. The #GPhC do NOT regulate wrong pharmacy advice, as per #BootsPharmacy own complaints process. I had 9 months of hospital care due to misdiagnosis

🔴Dear General Pharmaceutical Council team @TheGPhC, This lady was on the verge of developing necrotising fasciitis affecting her arm after receiving wrong clinical advice from one of the pharmacists. 💀☠️ ⭕️ Yet the gov is expanding the Pharmacy First scheme to see tricky presentations such as earache and shingles. ⭕️ Pharmacists have zero clue about disseminated shingles and herpes zoster oticus, and such patients might end up needing ITU admission. ⭕️ Pharmacists are crucial HCPs who should stick to what they were trained to do, which is “pharmacy.” A truly innovative way of shortening the route from the high street to intensive care.

Billionaires who don't pay taxes give tens of millions of pounds to the racist right while newspapers owned by billionaires who don't pay taxes smear the politicians who challenge them. Because they want to ensure 'a fair fight and a level playing field', apparently.

Honoured and Humbled to be given a load of dodgy crypto cash from a convicted money launderer.
I am honoured and humbled that Ben Delo has shown such confidence in Reform. Ben knows that we are the only party that can turn the country around and reverse Britain’s rapid decline. telegraph.co.uk/news/2026/09…

Like Ukip and like Brexit, Reform is fundamentally a scheme hatched and backed by very rich men who are peeved that they don't run the country. Surely even their own voters have to grasp this eventually.

Taxpayers foot the £2,700 a month rent on Kemi Badenoch's six-bedroom farmhouse in Essex. Then she goes on telly and argues that taxpayers shouldn't subsidise other people's rent.

Huge thanks to all the NHS staff who are doing their best to keep the health service going despite having 10% fewer staff than we’re meant to have. We see what you do, and couldn’t be more grateful 💙

If you are a consultant colluding with this sort of thing, whether a consultant* in a department, consultant* with a clinical service lead role, clinical or medical director* then ask yourself if this continues, what is the point of actual medically qualified consultants. You are killing the profession. Someone cannot work at dr consultant level without the training and experience of a consultant doctor. [* I mean actual medically qualified consultants]. I have no issue with specialist nursing roles and similar but not as doctor replacement, boundary blurring & title confabulation, confusing to staff & patients alike. I realise that radiologists are *currently* in short supply but this is not the way ahead.

🚨 NEW: Reform UK has banned three critical journalists from its party conference It includes The Guardian's city editor Anna Isaac, who unearthed the £5m gift that Nigel Farage didn't declare

People that profess to be Christians spent the afternoon harassing an actual vicar in his own church. That tells me everything I need to know about them.

Maybe it was a tad graceless to announce you were taking over from the PM the day you arrived in the commons after your by-election victory?
Perhaps a tad graceless to announce you’re standing down as an MP the same day as your successor’s first parliamentary statement as PM 😏

Julia Hartley-Brewer thinks it’s extraordinary that Andy Burnham will speak in commons for the first time in 6 weeks 🤔🧐 Be weird as fuck if he’d rocked up to speak when it was FUCKING CLOSED

Stinking Tory hypocrisy. The party that released thousands of prisoners early after it closed 23 prisons and brought the criminal justice system to the brink of collapse now accuses the government of "ignoring victims". @KemiBadenoch @NJ_Timothy @Conservatives @CPhilpOfficial
