Yup… has nothing to do with timing around quarter end and closing books. Timing of SEC submission and compliance reviews. It would have been so much better if they didn’t disclose a quarter already complete ahead of IPO, and instead raised capital based on stale information. Those bastards!
Seriously… people’s brains are broken.

To each their own…
But IMO you can’t judge a business that is growing/scaling as rapidly as $ANT based on sequential trends… especially when you ramp compute ahead of revenue/product launches. The trailing or YoY trend in margins is accurate reflection of scale.
Also there is going to be lumpiness around model training cycles and product launches.
Now if incremental margins continue to deteriorate over a period of multiple quarters or start declining YoY that would be a problem. Or if operating losses grow as revenue base gets larger that is a problem.
We also knew that the short term compute deal from $SPCX was coming online… and that compute expense was going to ramp. So again, timing mismatch. And looks like a lot of that going to training (but I need to look closer).
Point is, I don’t understand how you can read anything structurally negative about this business from Q3 vs Q2 margin trajectory alone…
To each their own, but I think looking at the blended Q2/Q3 incremental margin is probably a better way to think about scale and where margins are trending. And on that basis you get something closer to mid-20s which is still above the Q3 operating margin.
Also why I focus so much on the unit economics of the business… because that tells you if there is a structural issue to scale.
I can’t believe people are myopically looking at the SEQUENTIAL decline in $ANT operating margins and coming to a definitively bearish conclusion…
Honestly a bit lost for words…
$ANT 15% adjusted operating margin Q3
*(due to an increase in our valuation, net loss includes a $21.9 billion non-cash charge related to a change in the fair value of convertible
notes, derivative liabilities, and SAFEs)
lol they disclosed the total compute obligations in the first S-1 $ANT
The only difference is that you had to do some math to get to the $800B+

From our 4Q26 Themes:
$RDDT is losing Google surface area.Reddit's keywords in Google's SERP features fell 17.5% from June and 31.7% from December.
Same-store spend from existing advertisers grew only 7% in 3Q26, even as one agency's count of its advertisers on Reddit rose 65%.
We would read a 3Q growth rate in the mid-50s as confirmation. Consensus is 49.6%, and we think buy-side expectations sit closer to 60%.
I am not sure people truly understand the potential significance of what is happening at $APP @HedgeyeCommOR
That is HUUUUUGGEEE!
No more 5 hour limit
We’re renaming our Max plans:
Max 5x → Max
Max 20x → Ultra
Max is still $100/month, and Ultra is still $200. If you’re a subscriber, there’s nothing you need to do.
We’re also removing the 5-hour limit for verified Ultra accounts, starting today with most existing subscribers. Newer accounts keep a temporary limit until they’re verified, which helps us prevent fraud and abuse. You'll get an email when it's removed.
Weekly limits remain unchanged. View our plans here: claude.com/pricing

Here is how I think about long/short and our position monitor (for those who care)…
We had $GOOGL on the long bench going into Q3, which after removing it from an active then top long earlier this year and communicating risks to 2H is the equivalent of having a stub position after reducing position size….
The risks we were concerned about re Search and AI was going to be a much larger to risk $RDDT which we had on as a top short and communicated 2H as being the catalyst…
So we were much larger short $RDDT that more than offsets the small loss on $GOOGL into the event…
Man $RDDT short would be so much sweeter if I wasn’t getting my ass handed to me on our longs this evening…
