Everybody hates and tired of fast food chains. I must short them. Next level analysis from the expert in everything
I ain't ever loved $APP. > Everybody hates and tired of ads > Large companies used their in house system a long time ago. > Agentic AI can build pretty good ad optimized serving system (previously not do-able by small companies) > App organic downloads has been down for years. Most people use like 5 apps. I speak as a former product leader in the mobile app/gaming space. I used to sit next to ex VP of Zynga $100m ad revenue+, and VP of Ads across from me.

This bullish AI infra but not necessarily on Neoclouds as people perceive it to be. Berkshire will not invest in active players. They have land, power and execution arms needed to build full DCs. They will do it by themselves and gain better economics than active players as their cost is inherently lower. $IREN $CIFR $NBIS

Crazy call but i believe Anthropic IPO will be the end of this year bull market as we know it. This circular financing activity can not afford a pause and tight liquidity and higher yields will lead to that eventually and that eventually is getting closer than people realize. $QQQ $SPY

From the $DKS earnings carnage, seems the best buy is not Dick's but the sporting apparel stocks among the collateral damage. Not talking $NKE, $DECK, $CROX. $ONON if one insists on this space. Stats from Gurufocus

🤣🤣🤣 no shit. It’s like saying $SPCX at this rate will go bankrupt. What an idiotic statement to make
Excellent analysis. At this rate, $WOLF will go bankrupt again

$WOLF dropped 8% in pre-market following a difficult Q4 fiscal 2026 earnings report that highlighted a revenue and EPS miss. However, in my opinion, you do not buy Wolfspeed for its current revnues. I own them for the the future revenue potential of 800-volt architectures and Solid-State Transformers. As the semiconductor industry transitions to power the next generation of artificial intelligence workloads, the company's silicon carbide technology is positioning itself as a critical enabler for high-voltage infrastructure that legacy silicon simply cannot support. The revenues The severe revenue contraction, which saw top-line figures drop to $150 million compared to $197 million in the same quarter last year, was driven by significant headwinds across multiple core segments. The company specifically cited persistent softness in the broader electric vehicle market, which weighed heavily on their Power Products division. Furthermore, the Materials segment experienced an awkward transitional friction as legacy customers digest older 150-millimeter inventory while Wolfspeed is currently only shipping engineering samples of its newer, more advanced 200-millimeter substrates. Although management noted that the $150 million revenue figure technically aligned with the midpoint of their own lowered guidance, the year-over-year decline clearly spooked the market and underscored the immediate demand challenges. The margins Profitability remains the company's heaviest anchor, with GAAP gross margins coming in at a brutal negative 25% and non-GAAP margins at negative 20%. This massive profitability miss is directly tied to the severe underutilization of their flagship Mohawk Valley manufacturing facility. The company operates with an incredibly high fixed-cost base, meaning that every quarter they fail to push high volumes through the factory, the overhead costs crush their margins. During the earnings call, management bluntly admitted that they need to reach an annual revenue run-rate of approximately $800 million just to achieve gross margin breakeven. With operating cash flow burning at negative $54 million for the quarter, the structural economics of the business are highly stressed until factory utilization scales dramatically. AI Data Center Granularity Despite the near-term bleeding, the granular details surrounding their AI data center segment provide the fundamental bull case. Revenue in this specific division more than doubled year-over-year and grew 20% sequentially, driven by the industry-wide shift toward 800-volt power architectures. Management highlighted deep engagement across the entire power ecosystem, specifically calling out the deployment of 2.3-kilovolt and 3.3-kilovolt devices necessary for advanced solid-state transformers. With secured design wins at leading power supply companies like LITEON and MacMic to support hyperscalers, alongside the rollout of their Gen 5 MOSFET technology, Wolfspeed maintains a highly defensible technological moat. While the near-term picture is undeniably messy, the long-term outlook remains cautiously positive for those willing to stomach the volatility and wait for the AI data center build-out to translate into volume manufacturing. Debt restructuring Ultimately, surviving until that future demand arrives requires navigating their precarious balance sheet and executing aggressive debt restructuring. While the company's emergence from bankruptcy last year extended their maturity runway out to 2030 and they currently hold a solid $1.1 billion in cash and short-term investments, the cost of their capital remains suffocating. Management achieved a minor victory this quarter with the voluntary conversion of $46 million in convertible notes to equity, but the glaring threat is their $630 million in First Lien debt that carries a punishing 16% interest rate. Refinancing or paying down this specific, expensive debt tranche is their absolute highest priority, as it is the only way to significantly slow their cash burn and give the AI growth story enough time to materialize. My conclusion Wolf is moving from a SiC manufacturer for EV's to a more advanced technology for datacenters. We know for a long time that the EV market is declining and they need to book successes in the datacenter market. They doubled YoY revenues in the datacenter industry, which is great for the thesis. They need to survive long enough to fully transmition though. Management is taking decisions to sacrifice the short-term to maximise the long-term. I'm aware that the risk for Wolf is high but I think they have a protected downside and an almost unlimited upside. I keep my entire position in Wolf.

People who invest in companies based mostly on numbers often tend to underperform. You need to understand that quality, durability and differentiated aspect of the product or service the company is providing is much more important than any metric you see. Example $APP vs $ZETA

$ABCL 🚨 AbCellera announces positive top line ph2 results for ABCL635, a GPCR targeting antibody: - Phase 2 results showed best-in-class reductions in both frequency and severity of moderate-to-severe vasomotor symptoms after a single dose - ABCL635 significantly improved sleep and patient global impression of change - ABCL635 demonstrated a favorable tolerability profile “ABCL635 reduced VMSM-S frequency compared to placebo, with an 8.8 mean reduction in the number of moderate and severe events per day from baseline at week 4 (Day 29) compared to 3.5, showing a mean placebo-adjusted treatment difference of 5.3 (p<0.001). The mean percent reduction at week 4 for VMSM-S frequency was 83% for the ABCL635 treatment group versus a 33% reduction for placebo, leading to a mean placebo-adjusted treatment difference of 50%.” “ABCL635 also resulted in improvement in VMSM-S severity compared to placebo, with a mean reduction of 1.4 points at week 4 compared to 0.3, and a mean placebo-adjusted treatment difference of 1.1 (p<0.001). The mean percent reduction in VMSM-S severity from baseline to week 4 was 58% in the ABCL635 group compared to 12% in the placebo group, leading to a mean placebo-adjusted treatment difference of 46%.” “Meaningful improvements were also observed in patient sleep scores and patient global impression of change.” "These positive results represent a significant milestone for women's health and for AbCellera" said Sarah Noonberg, M.D., Ph.D., Chief Medical Officer of AbCellera. "By successfully targeting the NK3 receptor with an antibody, we have demonstrated potential best-in-class vasomotor symptom relief over four weeks with a single subcutaneous dose. These data indicate that ABCL635 could offer menopausal women a well-tolerated, long-acting treatment that has the potential to markedly improve their quality of life." Congratulations to AbCellera and all shareholders!!!!

$ABCL This “clean data = immediate dilution” take is lazy. ABCL has sufficient liquidity, unused Canadian gov’t funding, and a completed GMP facility that creates financing optionality. More importantly, clean Ph2 data makes ABCL635 a financeable/partnerable asset. Not every biotech is a forced ATM, specially how they have shown a cash management discipline over the years.
If Monday's $ABCL data is clean, the next move is dilution. That sounds bearish. It isn't. A hit in 80 women does not end the spending, it starts it. A Phase 3 in vasomotor symptoms runs into the hundreds of millions. The company burns roughly 220 million a year against about two and a half years of cash. Good data opens the cheapest financing window this company will ever get, and management would be negligent to skip it. So the base case after a win is: data hits, stock gaps, share count grows within four to twelve weeks. The usual shape is a sharp move up, then fifteen to twenty five percent handed back into the offering. The print and the entry are two different decisions. One path avoids it. A partner takes ex US rights and pays up front, Phase 3 gets funded, share count untouched. Two large pharmas already bought into the discovery engine this summer without knowing whether the lead asset works. Listen for that on the call.

$APP He was short $RBLX with 40% downside on June of last year just to watch the stock gain more than 25% in the months ahead. He flipped long in September just to watch the stock go from 120s to 36. We have got a new Cramer on our hands!
