Keep the house and the 3.25% interest rate...
Or sell the house to capture the inflated equity before the crash (and then rent until prices come down)?
What would you do.
What we need is national repentance.
I hate to be this cynical, but I’ll be honest…running for Mayor exposes you to things that make you believe the city is actually being overtaken by demonic energy. Drive south Fig at night. Go to 6th and San Pedro. You see children openly prostituting, drug zombies setting dogs and cats on fire, babies born to crackheads and tossed in a dumpster, dead people just lying in the streets…that’s not even to mention the dozen neighbors of ours who burned alive in what is now a crumbled hellscape.
Many times I wondered if the city’s problems weren’t beyond the reach of any politician’s capacity to actually fix. There is a cultural and spiritual rot that can’t be fixed at the ballot box. Until we fix the culture, we are kinda just rearranging the deck chairs on the Titanic and the shit we shovel around every 4 years doesn’t really mean a thing.
The most highly recognized Democrat in our state has sided with Republicans and is telling all voters to vote "NO" on the graduated income tax on this year's ballot.
Meanwhile, you can also vote YES on Proposition 136, which is a constitutional amendment that would permanently cap Colorado's income tax at 4.4%.
Amendment 87 -NO
Proposition 136 - YES

At my son’s basketball game last night, one of his teammates traveled on his way to scoring a layup.
Ref blew the whistle for traveling. Points disallowed.
Rec league refs for ages 10-12 boys know basketball rules better than NBA refs, lol. 😂
“We live in an era of mass deception.” -Michael Snyder @Revelation1217
"But why does it matter if _______ is true or not?" [insert controversial topic]
Because falling for deception weakens the mind.
If you are deceived in one area of your life, then you are more vulnerable to deception in other areas of your life.
To put a twist on an old saying...
Get fooled once without realizing you were fooled, there's a good chance you'll be fooled again... and again... and again.

Let’s double — nay, treble! — direct mail and bring back the glory days of the 1990s.
the idea of physical junk mail is fascinating
nobody wants it. it gets a near 100% negative reaction.
there are no people on the pro junk mail side saying "please send me more crap."
the entire experience is: print a million pieces of junk -> pay the post office to deliver them to people who don't want it -> the person on the receiving end is responsible for throwing it away...
it's a glorified garbage conveyer belt
the response rate is like 2-4% at best... which means 96 to 98% of us regular people are subjected to a daily onslaught of total garbage so that one person in about 200,000 can find a deal on someone to power wash their driveway.
insane, stupid system. should disappear.
How the turn tables...
