Lots of BS in the feed today from both "sides", as always
Right/Left, Red/Blue, Republican/Democrat...all of it 🐂💩
The only true division is Good/Evil
Many have still not figured this out
Both "sides" lump themselves in good and the opponent in evil, to keep you at bay
Numbers don't lie.
People who manipulate the numbers, lie.
The truth comes out every time.
Why?
Because numbers don't lie.
They don't care what you think
Now apply that to your budget for your business and home.
Don't lie to yourself.

BREAKING:
This morning’s cyberattack against supermarket fridges and freezers has now spread to Belgium, Sweden, Luxembourg and Estonia.
The hackers increased the temperature up to 50C. Food worth millions of euros has been spoiled.
Experts warn that such cyberattacks on supply chains and logistics can constitute a threat to national food security in many Western states.

Mother in law was cleaning her car in the drivewayz when someone came by and asked her if we wanted to sell our 02 Tahoem She told them probably not.
I asked if they mentioned a price? Everything is for sale for the right price!
Three years ago we did an experiment. Got rid of Youtube TV, and bought an antenna. No one missed it
Two years ago we then ditched Peacock. Same result
It's a year since we ditched Disney. You know what? No one misses it.
Netflix is the last one...Bye!

I had a weekend off in '96 and went to the Canadian Grand Prix with my first wife. Walking to dinner in Montreal I hear someone yell my name
Trying to figure out who in Canada knows me...I turn and it's Greg

1995- We started off stiff right away. Kept going stiffer as we developed it.
How stiff?
By Daytona 1996, it only had 1 inch of total travel from full droop to full bump
Spring rates at times, pushed 2000 pounds per corner
It was a go-kart.
Drive old cars.
Mechanic note:
Even replacing a car battery today can be a complicated job and may require a specialized tool.
When you replace a battery on many new vehicles, the vehicle's computer systems must be updated with the new component's parameters so the onboard management software can regulate electrical behavior and performance correctly.
Modern cars feature a Battery Management System (BMS) or an energy controller that tracks the state of charge, internal resistance, and age of the battery.
When the vehicles battery is replaced a "ECM Battery Coding" (Battery Registration) must be done using an OBD-II diagnostic tool which then inputs the new battery's capacity (Amp-hours), battery type (e.g., AGM vs. Flooded), manufacturer, and serial number into the vehicles computer.
Skipping battery registration can make the computer treat a new battery like the old, worn-out one, leading to overcharging, erratic electrical behavior, or premature battery failure.
Note that there is an important difference between a simple ECU reset (which you can do easily at home) and full ECU reprogramming/flashing.
This procedure tells a vehicle's Engine Control Module (ECM) or Battery Management System (BMS) that a new 12-volt battery has been installed so it can reset the aging-compensation and charging profiles.
Seems almost nothing is easy on today's complicated vehicles.
Not sure that I understand the thought behind someone saying "I need someone to watch the kids while I run to vote"
Why would you not take them with you?
Show them the process.
Explain the reasons why we do.
Why you vote for who you did.

Just learned today, that a few weeks ago, another mentor of mine has moved on to the afterlife.
Jack Atkinson was awesome. He was smart. He was the man behind Peter Gregg's and Hurley Haywood's success at Brumos.
RIP Jack. Thanks for all of the lessons.
I know this is a satire account, but as the Facilities and part time IT guy, this is 100% on point!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Our office has been fighting over the temperature for three months.
Sales wants 68°F.
HR wants 73°F.
The CFO wants 70°F.
One VP keeps setting it to 65°F because he wears a three-piece suit in July.
Facilities asked IT to investigate because the thermostats are connected to WiFi.
I checked the building management system.
Turns out the thermostats on the walls don't actually control anything.
They're overridden by a central controller that keeps the entire floor at 72°F.
They've been like that for four years.
Every department has been adjusting a number on a screen and immediately feeling better.
I told Facilities.
They said:
"Please don't tell anyone."
Last week the CFO thanked me for finally fixing the temperature in his office.
I haven't touched it.
I just changed the display so it shows 70°F when he walks in.
My most successful IT project this year is lying to a man about the weather inside a building.
This rocks. This hits home.
This rocks just as much as having a newborn...in some ways, maybe even more so.
Awesome and congrats to the whole of the Logano family!!!!
As they should return to TMS...but a shared weekend with NASCAR? All you will hear about is "incompatible rubber"
