Can you differentiate partial gland (FT) from whole gland ablation in NCDB? I thought "local tumor destruction" can be whole gland or FT. Perhaps minor 2010-2012 LR/FIR downtick from less whole gland while 2022-2023 uptick from FT. 2023 Ns by risk cat may be more true FT use.

Lol why were they allowed to conjecture about complex cases being first as a caveat rather than the main finding. Need data on last case outcomes stratied by surgeons needing to get to a kids sports game or not.
