My son’s Jones Beach IRONMAN was canceled this morning, so I built something I’ve wanted for a while: one place for daily urology news, events & podcasts.
Introducing UrologyWatch.com.
Tell me what works, what doesn’t, and whether it’s worth maintaining.

We need thoughtful, forward-thinking surgeons like @wandering_gu at the ASCO leadership table, bringing the surgical perspective to how we advance multidisciplinary cancer care.
Todd Morgan is an exceptional surgeon and researcher, and someone I have tremendous respect for.

Two of the resources physicians reach for most have lived in separate tabs. That's about to change.
We've partnered with @WoltersKluwer to bring @UpToDate's expert-reviewed content into Doximity Ask.

Turns out there are some very hard core statistical issues here because of induced correlations between event times. see pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/1635…
I have questions regarding this Partial Nephrectomy for 2-4cm mass study that claims a 3+ month delay is dangerous (going against all AS literature in this space).
Since this is SEER and not SEER-Medicare, aren't we just looking at a subset of patients who were first biopsied and then resected, since those who went directly to surgery would effectively have a zero-day delay interval? Did something change since I last did a SEER paper?
