Allow directed donations from known unvaccinated donors 2. Permit private “vax-free” blood banks 3. Add an optional checkbox on donor forms 4. Screen for spike/mRNA if the science ever gets done Patient autonomy and informed consent still apply when the product is blood. Blood is supposed to save lives, not become another flashpoint where people feel they have no choice.
