Oh look, your record shows your call outs against genocide is inconsistent and hypocritical. Who’d have thunk it?

Those aren’t legally attributable claims because the only way it can be classed a genocide, the narrow legal definition, is through a court with the jurisdiction to rule: un.org/en/preventgenocide/rw…

Hollow as inconsistent

No mention of Sudan, so your “speaking out for genocide” is completely hollow and inconsistent

Unfortunately Donahue can’t reconcile his original argument when it’s stress tested… It wasn’t even a hard or trick question.
It is given your comment. Let’s try again: Does a Palestinian nation have a right to exist? nitter.cf/donahuerogers/status/2…

The same organisation - the UN - says that only a court with jurisdiction to assess a case for genocide are the only ones who can establish the narrow, legal definition of “genocide”. People using this word generically are doing so in bad faith, not because it’s been proven.
Yes, I've opened my eyes to a recent report by the organisation that defines genocide. They say a genocide is ccurrently taking place in Gaza. I know that hurts you, but deal with it with some humility instead of acting like a child.

Lol but that isn’t what you said originally. Your exact words were when I said you want the whole thing REPEALED: “The definition, needs to be scrapped and reworded, to actually define Terrorism”

Ah, you’re moving the goalposts. You just said you wanted the definition changed and now you quietly admit that “maybe” the whole Act should be repealed.

You didn’t read, did you?

And are you seriously suggesting hitting someone with a sledgehammer doesn’t have “intent”?

Serious damage to property is justification under the Terrorism Act - which is what PA did

Those direct action protestors who broke in to an airfield, destroyed property and took a sledgehammer to a police woman’s spine. They’re right to be proscribed and the Terrorism Act is fantastic. Just because you want terrorists out doesn’t mean the rest of the country does.

The only "tom" I found was 5 times as part of the word "customary"... Sorry, pal.

Read the highlighted segment in this text: "...must be determined by a competent international or national court of law with the jurisdiction to try such cases, after an investigation that meets appropriate due process standards". Nowhere does it say some guy called Tom highlighting the Genocide Convention meets that definition.
