Some of those pathways have accepted questionable credentials. Communication problems are frequent. Hospitals and clinics often prefer these physicians because they cost less and follow protocols more readily than many U.S.-trained doctors. The result is a two-tier system. Miscommunication produces wrong diagnoses, medication errors, and avoidable complications. Documented cases of credential fraud and uneven training standards have already surfaced. Patient safety is being traded for lower labor costs and institutional compliance. What to do: Write everything down. Dates, times, exact statements or actions, names of people involved, and why the care felt unsafe. Save visit notes, lab results, and prescriptions. Clear records matter if you file a complaint. Write it down and stick to the record. If you cannot communicate with the person treating you, they cannot deliver real care.
