Mark Esper served as a Civilian Secretary of Defense and is a Retired Military Officer rather than an active-duty service member
The Continuity of Government Executive Order 13961 was not invoked until December 7, 2020... Esper was terminated in November 2020.
President Trump and Esper's disagreements stemmed from:
1. Opposing Deploying Troops for Protests.
2. Resistance to Hardline and Unconventional Military Ideas to use Troops in Domestic Disturbances.
3. Military Base Renaming.
Sedition Definition: Overt conduct, speech, writing, or organization that tends toward or incites rebellion, insurrection, or violent resistance against an established government or authority.
Pretty sure if you presented that correctly most Americans without any knowledge of Military Operations and Warfare Strategies would think President Trump committed Sedition in those categories.
Because Esper was a Civilian and the Continuity of Government was not invoked yet, he would have been acting as a Retired Officer in a Civilian Capacity.
He would have to be called back to Active-Duty then charged via UCMJ to be tried in a Military Tribunal for Sedition.
In the same Deposition, when asked where Hillary was executed, he said "Gitmo."
He did not say: Guantanamo Bay, St. Croix (Virgin Islands), Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Puerto Rico, American Samoa, St. Thomas, St. John, Wake Island, Midway Atoll, Johnston Atoll, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Kingman Reef, Navassa Island, and Palmyra Atoll, ALL of which are all possibilities for Military Commissions (Tribunals).
Also under specific Status of Forces Agreements (SOFAs) or during active wartime occupations, the U.S. military can convene courts-martial or commissions on overseas American bases

The Dark Feminine has risen far enough to see the whole field and still leave the weapon sheathed. What she gives isn’t victory over others. It’s the understanding that the sword was never really meant for external use, only for the one who draws it. Once drawn, the same force that could have destroyed becomes the force that ascends. 🪽

LEGAL LAWFARE- James O’ Keefe and Cam Higby are being selectively prosecuted by Mary Moriarty, the same progressive Minnesota DA, who allows criminals to walk free everyday.
They're facing TWO felony counts (up to 10 years in jail) for exposing how EASILY Minnesota’s voter vouching program can be defrauded.
James and Cam are being charged with "identity theft" and “unlawful voting”, despite neither of them submitting a ballot, or anyone asking them for any formal identification that day.
No illegal activity was committed by either party and no voter was disenfranchised or defrauded. This is simply the state of Minnesota abusing their power after being (once again) exposed by independent journalists.
REMINDER: Minnesota has a long history of voter fraud with the DOJ recently indicting 10 ILLEGALS for voting in Minnesota elections. Also, back in 2024 a SOMALI was recommended for felony election law charges by a local sheriff for “multi-county voter irregularities” but guess what, the local DA DECLINED TO PROSECUTE.
