Great to share summary of development of the Hypo-RESOLVE QoL, a patient-reported outcome measure to quantify the impact of hypoglycaemia on HRQoL at the final @HypoResolve meeting. A 14-item questionnaire that can be used in research and clinical settings.

Most episodes of sensor detected hypos ⬇️ are asymptomatic but this does not mean people have impaired awareness
Many symptomatic episodes occur when >3.9 mmol/l
Asymptomatic episodes do not produce measurable effects in wellbeing.
