Kellogg: “I’d burn down every one of the goddamn refineries that Russia has today, take them all out, it’s a military target. I said [to Zelenskyy], ‘Make them pay the price, take it home.’”
He is saying very accurate and basic things, but compared to the insanity of the Trump administration, it almost sounds revolutionary in a good way. I’m glad there are still reasonable people around.
It’s also very obvious why Russia wanted to exclude Kellogg from the negotiation process.

Today, Russia expressed its thanks for the lifting of sanctions on diesel exports by dropping five glide bombs on residential buildings in Zaporizhzhia. As of now, sadly, twelve people have been confirmed killed, including three children. My condolences to all their families and loved ones. Another fourteen people have been injured, and two of them are in critical condition – the doctors are fighting to save their lives. The status of twelve more people who may have been there is still being verified. All emergency services are at the scene, and search-and-rescue operations are underway. Overnight, thirteen of our regions came under attack. Residential buildings, infrastructure, and railway facilities have been damaged.
Last night confirmed once again that in Russia, they take any easing of pressure to mean they can keep fighting, to mean they can keep dropping bombs on cities. Different signals are needed. Russia must understand that it needs to stop the war, and for that to happen, Russia must feel its losses. Right now, it is our long-range capabilities that are ensuring this. And we will respond to Russian strikes. I thank everyone who is helping.

Russia had a chance after 1991 to look forward. Instead it chose imperial maps and millions dead in the mud.
It burned 21st-century wealth on a 19th-century map & threw away its 22nd century.
The world is laughing at the “great power” drag itself back to the Stone Age.

Poland is urgently evacuating two border crossings with Ukraine—at Zosin and Dorohusk.
According to Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk, this decision was made due to Russian drone attacks.

Our long-range responses had a very significant impact in the Moscow region last night. One of Russia’s key oil industry facilities and the aggressor’s logistics facility were hit. These are billions of dollars that sustain the war machine. The systems used included FP-1, RZ-100, MICH-2000, Palianytsia, Vendetta, Liutyi, Bars, Flamingo, Sichen, and Pelican.
I thank our warriors for their accuracy: the Security Service of Ukraine together with the Unmanned Systems Forces, the Special Operations Forces, the Defense Intelligence of Ukraine, and the Foreign Intelligence Service. Sanctions were also imposed on a facility in the Voronezh region. Moscow must end its brutal war and choose peace instead of building layered rings of air defense at the expense of other regions. Steps toward de-escalation are on the table – in energy and food security. What is needed is political will. I thank everyone who is strengthening Ukraine’s long-range capabilities. I am grateful to everyone who complements our long-range responses with responses through sanctions. Glory to Ukraine!

I trzeba to wyraźnie artykułować.

His teeth were pulled out with pliers, and the second time – simply knocked out.
And this is not even the most horrifying thing he described.
Imagine a man who weighed 95 kilograms – 209 pounds.
And then dropped to 59 kilograms – 130 pounds.
Not because he lost weight – but because this is how he was "kept."
This is Yevhen Chudnetsov. An Azov fighter. A man who was in Russian captivity twice – and survived.
The first time, he was captured in Shyrokyne. From February 2015 until December 2017. Almost three years.
After the exchange, he returned to his unit.
Then – Mariupol. Then – Azovstal.
And captivity again.
He was released only in May 2023.
He speaks about rehabilitation calmly, almost matter-of-factly:
"I barely went through rehabilitation. For me, the best rehabilitation is to return to my duties. Because the war won't win itself."
And now – the part that makes your blood run cold.
The first time, his teeth were pulled out with pliers.
The second time – they were simply knocked out.
The drastic weight loss caused hormonal problems.
A broken arm. A broken leg. Nine broken ribs.
And scars on his arms and legs – from the handcuffs they used to suspend him.
He was in Olenivka.
Not in the barracks where the explosion happened – in the one next to it.
He remembers several explosions.
At first, they thought the administrative building had been hit. But when the fire started, from the second floor they could see: it was the industrial zone.
That same barracks.
The explosion was so powerful that pieces of roofing flew all the way to them.
Chudnetsov says a thermobaric charge was used inside. He believes it was no accident.
It was a demonstrative execution.
Medical assistance – zero.
On the guards' faces – not a trace of surprise.
They knew.
Our men begged them to let the combat medics out.
They refused.
Only an hour to an hour and a half later did they allow medics from the 55th hospital to come out.
The ambulances arrived toward morning.
When there was almost no point in coming anymore.
The treatment of Azov fighters was different.
They received three times more beatings than everyone else.
And Azov medics – even more.
The reason?
Propaganda.
The Russians invent their own stories – and then believe them themselves.
There is almost no information in captivity.
The only "truth" is whatever the interrogator or the FSB decides to tell you.
If he is in a good mood – he tells you something.
If he is in a bad mood – he says nothing.
Whether it is true or a lie – you have no way of knowing.
He learned about the exchange on the day of the exchange.
An hour before it happened – interrogation, protocols they did not even allow him to read.
During the night, they began opening cells and calling out names.
When they opened his – he heard his name.
The road home: plane, bus.
And the fear of allowing yourself to be happy.
Because this could have been not an exchange, but simply another prison transfer.
He thought he would be there for at least three years.
And still, he does not consider himself a hero.
He simply returned to do his job.
"The war won't win itself," he says.
Five words from a man who was tortured twice.
Read them again.
Because while someone says they are "tired of the war," this man, without his teeth and with broken ribs, returned to service.
He is not tired.
And we, all the more, have no right to be.

🚨FEDERAL ATHLETICS COMMISSION JUST RULED DIJONAI CARRINGTON’S FLAGRANT ON SOPHIE CUNNINGHAM WAS “TOO EGREGIOUS TO IGNORE” — AND THEY WANT THE CHICAGO SKY TO CUT HER!

The league’s $50 million lifeline just came with a demand.
The Federal Athletics Commission, which provides the WNBA with more than $50 million in grants to keep it from going bankrupt, has ruled that DiJonai Carrington’s flagrant foul on Sophie Cunningham was “too egregious to ignore.”
The Commission is demanding that the league — or more specifically the Chicago Sky — release Carrington from her contract and bar her from signing a new one.
“The federal government can’t support assault and battery on the court.”

The WNBA has made its final decision: DiJonai Carrington will be suspended without pay for the remainder of the season for her flagrant foul on Sophie Cunningham.
“This went beyond the game,” said League Commissioner Jan O’Berro. “Carrington willfully tried to cause physical harm to another player. That’s unacceptable.”
Carrington’s response? She’s claiming she’s being persecuted for being black.
The league just made it clear that intentional violence on the court has real consequences — race card or not.

Chinese workers showed who the real boss in Russia is
Thousands of Chinese workers blocked police vehicles in Russia’s Leningrad region and prevented officers from arresting one of their compatriots.
On August 9, a large protest by Chinese workers reportedly broke out at the construction site of the Baltic Gas Chemical Complex in the Kingisepp district of Leningrad region, a project being carried out by China National Chemical Engineering.
The incident reportedly began after a Chinese worker, who had not received his unpaid wages, got into a conflict with management. The company called the police, who attempted to detain him.
But officers were quickly surrounded by hundreds of Chinese workers and, under pressure, were forced to retreat and release the man. While millions of Russians remain obediently silent — and that is why they cannot defend their own rights.
It is remarkable how cowardly and helpless the state can suddenly become when it faces even a minimally organized resistance.

We sent our 52-page autism study directly to RFK Jr...
Days later, the CDC changed its website to say: “The claim ‘vaccines do not cause autism’ is NOT an evidence-based claim.”
The 30-year lie that “vaccines don’t cause autism” has officially been TERMINATED.
Our peer-reviewed study found 79% (107 of 136) of vaccine-related studies showed a POSITIVE LINK to autism, neurodevelopmental disorders, and/or brain damage.
Autism prevalence skyrocketed 32,000% as vaccine makers obtained full liability protection and the vaccine schedule grew to 72 doses.
Dana Bash tried to shut RFK Jr. down on vaccines and autism and he dropped the hammer on her!
Bash: “There have been more than 40 studies… no link.”
RFK Jr.:
“The Institute of Medicine said none of the vaccines given in the first six months of life have ever been studied for a relationship to autism.”
When she kept repeating “study after study,” he hit her with:
“You’re repeating like a parrot… ‘Trust the experts.’ That’s what you did during COVID. Now we know the experts were lying.”
She wanted him to stay in the approved talking points.
He refused.
