This is so sad. @SiddhantAdlakha is one of the most respectable critics out there & just because it's a non-positive review (he didn't even hate the film), he gets this sort of censorship campaign against him. I hope the criticism community supports him as we should.
Go to the below site and flag the review citing it as misleading and agenda driven. Let's stand against forced hate for an effort which represents our culture. rottentomatoes.com/m/ramayan…

“starring his wife and best friends” With the exception of Stallone, none of them appear more than ten minutes each, usually less. His two most frequent collaborators are gone before the opening credits.
Henry Cavill lost Superman, Ben Affleck lost Batman, and the entire Snyderverse got thrown in the trash so DC could have a "clean reboot." Yet James Gunn launching a whole podcast to explain why the movie HE directed starring his wife and best friends is the only thing that survived is insane level executive privilege The crazy part isn't even the podcast; it's that fans are genuinely arguing over whether requiring audio podcasts to understand cinematic canon is high-level transparency or just glorified studio homework.

"parents shouldnt have to sit through a dozen movies just to find one they can watch" Buddy idk how to tell you this but they figured out a solution to that a LONG time ago
We just made a promise no Hollywood studio has ever made. No sex or nudity on screen, no F-word, and no misuse of God's name in Angel originals. And 3 million Guild members get a veto on everything before it ever lands on Angel. Parents shouldn't have to sift through a dozen movies to find one they can watch. That's why we made the Angel Promise. foxnews.com/media/angel-stud…

RIP @SirPatStew, thanks for all the Star Trek TNG growing up. Once upon a time, when I worked at @twitter, I was asked if I wanted to be in a Vine the company was making. Turns out it was none other than Captain Jean-Luc Picard...

Patrick Stewart. Turned up so early and so unobtrusively to be a star in the reasonably priced car, we mistook him for a delivery driver and asked him to go round the back. Took his hat off and said, “But I’m the captain of the Enterprise”. Fucking nice guy.

I first directed @SirPatStew in The Tempest @TheRSC which we had set in the Arctic. It was hot July so one day we decided to rehearse the whole play in the freezer of the Stratford Tescos. I will always remember his “we are such stuff” whispering through the boxes of frozen peas.

This was the moment I had dream of, the moment I had feared. Patrick Stewart walking onto the bridge of the USS Enterprise that I had recreated. Would he hate it would he love it. What would this moment feel like. For months we agonized over every detail, then the moment came and he walked onto the bridge and moved to the chair that had helped define his career and he sat down. I clicked the shot as that smile fell over his face. This is how I will remember him. Such an honor to have had the opportunity to work with such an extraordinary individual. He will be greatly missed. • If you haven't had the chance. Listen to his autobiography on audiobook as he narrates it himself. I listened to it on one long roadtrip during a very challenging time and it's truly a gift.

Our ILM community offers its heartfelt condolences to the family, friends, and loved ones of Patrick Stewart, as well as to the galaxy of fans who admired him for his portrayal of Star Trek's Captain Jean-Luc Picard and Marvel's Professor Charles Xavier. ILM cherishes the opportunities we've had to collaborate with Stewart on a variety of productions, most notably Star Trek: First Contact, Star Trek Generations, and Star Trek: The Next Generation.

West End theatres will dim their lights for two minutes at 7pm on Tuesday 3 November in remembrance of Sir Patrick Stewart, who has died at age 86. Stewart made his professional stage debut in 1959 at the Theatre Royal in Bristol. He joined the Royal Shakespeare Company in 1966, appearing in up to 60 productions, and later came to international fame through Star Trek: The Next Generation and many other screen roles. Knighted in 2010 for services to drama, Stewart received many awards for his work. He won Olivier Awards for Antony and Cleopatra (1979) and Hamlet (2009), while his one-man production of A Christmas Carol won Best Entertainment in 1994. 📸: Alastair Muir
