Billion Dollar Bridge to nowhere is is providing shelter for the homeless. California spent billions on a high-speed rail project-and now parts of the unfinished infrastructure are being described as a "bridge to nowhere." But here's the twist: now homeless people are using the area under the bridge as shelter. How did a massive transportation project end up looking like this? Another example of waste fraud and abuse of your tax dollars in California.

* But note who built all of what came to be known as the great state of California.
