Maybe don’t launch or bullpost $ANSEM in the first place. The coin can’t stay up forever. Eventually attention will leave and flow elsewhere. Yet holders expect perpetual bullposting, which isn’t realistic. Especially if you lose interest yourself. I can’t imagine a situation where this ends well.
You are not allowed to be bearish If you run some form of a token The hard reality about ANSEM This is one of the trickiest thing about our space , because if people see the person or company running the token being bearish - why would it go up ? - Why would the holders be incentivized to hold ? So what’s the alternative here ? Are people supposed to be delusionally bullish ? even when market conditions aren’t good if they run a token ? That doesn’t seem right either - it’s almost misleading But it puts everyone in this weird tough spot I am not sure what the answer is, but unless your product is decoupled from regular market conditions or it’s those market conditions that still make them revenue ex - people short or long - hype - people are still buying tcg - cards - attention coins on news - pump It’s something that will haunt our space because we are too volatile as an industry, you add low liquidity and low coins when single buys or sells can substantially move markets and it becomes even more intricate This is probably the biggest thing to considering when u decide to hold tokens long term

I find that one of the best way to not feel like shit when the markets bleed is to buy good coins. Good founder/team. Good product. Actual Pmf = chart up and to the right Easier to hodl and dca more.

As much as it pains the employees, but I think this is a necessary evil. If a company starts becoming inefficient due to bloat, it’s time to reduce. I understand people are angry and upset if they lost jobs. Hell I would be too. 33% of Microsoft is a lot of jobs. I increasingly think there won’t be enough jobs for everyone. And we all know the reason for that. Consume less and accrue assets.
Folks, I left Microsoft three months ago to start my own company. Two weeks after I left, my whole team in Australia was let go. I see the hurt it’s causing my ex-colleagues, their families and their kids. Layoffs, forced relocations, PIPs. It’s brutal and I don’t want to brush past that. But here’s my honest take. Microsoft needs fewer people. I’ve been on the inside. I’ve seen how things get built. Lots of small orgs. Layers on layers. Silos everywhere. Here’s a real example. The Entra team shipped managed identities back in 2017. No more secrets in code. A clear security win. Then they tried to get the rest of Microsoft to adopt it. Very few teams did, and the ones that did moved at a snail’s pace. Every org had its own priorities and its own decision makers. It took Microsoft getting hacked, and the Secure Future Initiative that followed, before things really moved. Today almost every Microsoft app and service supports managed identity. Six years, and a major breach, to get there. In a world with agents and fewer people, that rollout would be possible across Microsoft in months, not years. Microsoft already has everything else. The customers. The infrastructure. The scale. What it needs is fewer people, leaning hard into agentic work. Right now OpenAI and Anthropic are shipping at a pace Microsoft can’t match. Microsoft has to change to survive.

I wonder if you need to do the same thing on @AskVenice Or because it also runs the same model, its gonna essentially have the same response here. Would be pretty ironic as well.

Apparently if you don't want Claude Code to send your email address to the SEC, you have to explicitly give it instructions not to send your email to outside services

Have been thinking about this and have not made much progress. Jez said to long your best idea. Not your second best. But the thing with SoV coins is, what’s even the best? Look at gold and the situation w mercury💀 We have btc. Which tradfi has agreed to be crypto’s SoV. Zcash solves btc’s quantum and privacy weaknesses. Pearl is ai btc that doesn’t waste energy like btc. Am leaning towards what tulip said. A basket of SoV coins based on my own risk levels. No need to choose winners if SoV coins will all rerate based on US debasement and gold fking up.

I agree with both of those & don't have an answer at the moment. This video is from me riffing like over a year ago (pre-pearl) in a Messari call lol. I posted bc fun. I think a decent SoV portfolio holds some mix of: Bitcoin, Zcash, & Pearl now based on whatever your personal risk preferences are

How do you know what runs on PHP
Replying to @dontforgetchaos
Websites are files on a computer. When you view a website, you are asking the computer to send you the files, then your browser shows them to you. 70% of the websites you see use PHP to make them interactive. So you can send things to the website too and it can respond. E.g. filling in a comment box and hitting 'post' adds the comment as a row to a spreadsheet. PHP has a flaw in its code that allows anyone to gain control of the computer that has the website on it. The organisation that provides PHP announced the vulnerability before a patch was available, meaning we're in a window where everyone knows about it (including baddies) but the good guys don't have an official solution. Some are just turning off their websites and waiting for the solution. Others are trying to fix it themselves. General chaos and lots of stressed techies across literally the entire planet because this affects the entire internet.

There’s a case to be argued why not everyone should have kids. TFR below 2 makes sense because when people like these have kids, the world just ends up in a worst off place. Please x3 if you are not ready or incapable to have kids, just abort. Aborting is not great. But aborting > fking up your kid’s life. - a dad

Just finished watching @chameleon_jeff on the odd lots podcast. Good podcast. But I do have a suggestion for Jeff. I think Hyperliquid is a pretty complex and foreign topic to the majority of the population. Imo it doesn’t help that Jeff gets very technical and use bombastic words to explain Hyperliquid. Being accurate is important. Being factual is important. I understand this. But I also think it doesn’t help the case if people unfamiliar with Hyperliquid walk away missing out on how great this technology is. Strongly encourage considering utilising more analogies and simpler word choices to express what Hyperliquid is. Hyperliquid.
NEW ODD LOTS: It’s the podcast debut for Jeff Yan @tracyalloway and I have an ultra-rare interview with the CEO and co-founder of Hyperliquid Labs about his plan to house the world’s entire financial system open.spotify.com/episode/5Aq…

Truth is seems like nobody on this app knows wtf they are talking about. Have your own thoughts and manage the risks accordingly. Imagine you actually believe that black Monday was coming. You would have sold off your spot and went max short. You would be so cooked here.
black monday they said sell your assets they said what am i doing with my shorts now bro??

One of the reason Inf0F1 ending is good cause there’s no more monetary incentive to talk to anyone. Glad that I can reply to people I actually wanna reply to.

Think it was @TaikiMaeda2 who shared in one of his videos about buying in q3 because everyone thinks q4 gonna be easy. Everyone was calling him a retard in his youtube comments section. And then we all saw how explosive the move was for alts (and partially btc). There's probably something to take away from what Flood's saying here.

One of the best things to do when the markets bleed across the board is to evaluate your portfolio. Gives you a chance to cut what you don’t like. Reallocate to what you actually like. Waiting for the next leg up as everything consolidates.

Didnt we agree that flows are going into consensus coins like hype, zec, near, vvv only? I am actually concerned when I see @get_truenorth recommending me it's highest conviction setup to be long TIA. It's doing it purely from a ta perspective. So its not on the agent. Honestly whos ape-ing this.
i'm generally very bullishly biased, but near-term: you really don't want to see stuff like TIA and INJ pumping i think you can make a case for "tia is pumping" being alongside "avax is pumping" in the "bad omen for the market, imminently S-tier"

Idk whats the most appropriate thing to call Beni. Guardian of ct? Batman/Spiderman?? No clue. Anyways something insane has obviously happened post ico x kalshi. I remember when people used to say they dw zachxbt to ever mention them. This app is amazing.
In the most unexpected turn of events @seyong has reached out through a mutual friend And to my surprise, he showed genuine remorse and was transparent about the reality behind the numbers he shared Of the 20+ investigations I’ve conducted over the years, this is the first time something like this has happened “He just did that because he knows what would’ve followed…” It would be naive to think my reputation had nothing to do with his decision to reach out. But even if it did, that's not necessarily a bad thing If people are more inclined to own their mistakes because they know they'll be held accountable, I consider that progress He acknowledged his mistake, took responsibility, and offered to share internal data with me to back up his claims He did the right thing to do in this situation As far as I’m concerned, the matter is closed I’m moving on
