I'M HIRING ‼️ Please read carefully. I'm building a new startup and looking for two people to join the founding team: • Brand Designer • Product Designer (UI/UX) I'm looking for people who genuinely care about great design, obsess over details, appreciate aesthetics, and understand how to create experiences people love to use. This isn't just another side project. We're building a real product with a clear vision, an active team, and a roadmap already in motion. Both roles come with equity, with salary opportunities as the business grows. If you're interested, or know someone who would be a great fit, send me a DM with your portfolio and a short introduction. Let's build something people will remember.

Let’s have it.
the only thing standing between you and contributing to @Zcash is you. you assumed it was a builders-only space. too technical, too cryptographic, no room for someone who doesn't write code. so you've been watching from the sidelines while telling yourself maybe one day. but ecosystems don't run on code alone. they run on writers, designers, researchers, educators, communicators. the people who make the tech make sense to everyday humans. there's always been a seat here. you just never sat down. so this is me pulling out the chair for you. i'm teaming up with @ZecHub for a 3-day contributor workshop. come learn how to actually find your place in this ecosystem. 🗓 June 8th to 10th ⏰ 5PM daily 📍 Zcash Discord registration link in comments 👇🏾

Imagine telling someone in 2010 — “Hey, one day the whole internet will gather every year to celebrate a guy who bought pizza with magic internet money.” They would have called you crazy 😭 But that’s literally what happened. A man named Laszlo Hanyecz spent 10,000 BTC on two pizzas — not because he was reckless, but because back then Bitcoin wasn’t “digital gold” or a hedge against inflation or whatever the podcasts say now. It was just a weird thing on the internet that a few nerds believed in. There were no institutions, no ETFs, nobody in a suit talking about “the future of finance.” Just a regular guy who wanted pizza and thought — why not try this. And that one small decision changed everything, it proved Bitcoin wasn’t just theory sitting in a whitepaper. It could actually move. It could actually do something in the real world. That’s why the crypto community celebrates Bitcoin Pizza Day every year. Not to mourn the $700M in pizza 😭 but to remember that the moment Bitcoin bought two pizzas, it stopped being an experiment and started being real. Laszlo just wanted dinner. He accidentally made history. Happy Bitcoin Pizza Day 🍕₿ CT.

Taught Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) & Project Dependencies at @iotbtech. One thing I keep noticing, especially in Web3, is that a lot of projects don’t actually fail because the idea is bad. Things just start getting messy because execution was never properly structured from the beginning. For those unfamiliar, a WBS is basically breaking a project into smaller manageable parts so teams can properly plan, assign, track, and execute each phase of the project. Because once there’s no proper structure, little things start slipping through: • unclear ownership • missed timelines • dependency blockers • scope creep • operational confusion Then suddenly everybody feels like: “Communication is poor.” “Things are disorganized.” “The team is unserious.” But most times, the cracks started way earlier during planning. One thing I told my students is: If a project cannot be broken down clearly, it probably cannot be managed clearly either. The more I teach and practice project management, the more I realize that good PMs don’t just manage tasks. They create clarity before chaos happens. What’s one operational issue you keep seeing in Web3 projects?
