I have lost my fair share of jury trials in my career. As a matter of fact, you can watch my losses on my YouTube channel. Because I'm proud even of my losses. I have NEVER argued with or God forbid attacked jurors for their decisions. There is a line.. and Redington crossed it.

Lindsay Clancy killed 3 yr. old Dawson 1st because he was most likely to be a runner. When you premeditate and plan murder by sending your husband out on an errand and plan the order you are going to kill your children, that is not psychosis, it is psychopathy. This is murder 1.

if a homeless schizo man with way less mental health support than lindsey clancy broke into your home and killed your three children, you wouldn’t be debating if he actually meant to do it. you’d just want him put down like a dog.

If Lindsay Clancy shot up a school because she was in postpartum psychosis… Does that still make her not guilty?

If Lindsay Clancy is found not criminally responsible, a more dangerous precedent culturally will take place. Because where does this logic end? There are murderers sitting in prison who endured horrific childhood abuse, neglect, rape, addiction, trauma, and severe mental illness. There are offenders with documented psychiatric disorders far more serious than anything documented in Clancy’s history. There are even sexual offenders who were themselves sexually abused as children. Clancy did not have some long-standing documented history of severe psychotic illness before these murders. She was being treated for depression, anxiety-related symptoms, insomnia, and other mental-health complaints, while the existence and significance of psychosis became one of the central disputed issues in the case. So if “she was struggling,” “the system failed her,” “she had intrusive thoughts,” or “she had mental-health issues” becomes enough for the public to treat someone as essentially blameless, then we are lowering the bar in a way people may not like when the next defendant is someone they find completely unsympathetic. We cannot create one standard for the defendant you feel sorry for and another for the defendant you hate.

My wife, who is pregnant with my third child and has had psychosis from being sex trafficked made a valid point today: If Lindsay Clancy really did have a one time psychotic episode and killed her kids AND was a caring mother she would plead guilty.

What People Should Hopefully Realise Is The MSM Is A Business That Thrives On Division & Salacious Headlines. What They Have Done To Bryan Kohberger Was A Purposeful, Calculated & Coordinated Smear Campaign Instructed By The State Of Idaho To Condemn An INNOCENT Man‼️ #idaho4

In Texas they can teach kids that a whale swallowed a man and spit him out three days later because God wanted to teach him a lesson but they can't teach kids that slavery was bad.

Karmelo Anthony responds to being physically assaulted multiple times by stabbing the perpetrator, Austin Metcalf. Meanwhile, Kyle Rittenhouse illegally purchases a firearm through a straw man sale funded by government stimulus money, stores it across state lines to avoid his home state laws, shows up to a protest and murders two people while injuring a third, and he gets cleared? If only we knew what the difference was? 🤔

One of the most overlooked details in the Hondius timeline. Patagonia already had recognized Andes hantavirus transmission activity before the cruise outbreak became an international story. Health authorities reported the death of a 15-year-old girl, who was a close contact of the first positive case detected in the rural community.

When is @CDCgov going to change its name to the "Trump Center for Disease Spread"?

#Hantavirus According to the CDC’s official interim guidance (May 10, 2026): “A CLIA Andes virus-specific rRT-PCR assay is not currently available in the United States.” CDC offers CLIA-approved IgM/IgG antibody tests for New World hantaviruses (which detect Andes), plus a research/surveillance PCR (results not for clinical diagnosis). Some state labs (e.g., California and Nebraska) have developed their own PCR assays to detect Andes. For suspected cases, contact the CDC’s Emergency Operations Center for guidance on testing.

Prof. Joseph Allen confirms the Trump administration is actively hiding how easily this new Hantavirus spreads. He reveals cases where people caught it just by saying hello in passing at a short party. Washington is intentionally underplaying the threat, risking massive spread.

As with COVID, the more infections with a virus we have, the more often it mutates, rendering existing knowledge about its transmissibility, diagnosis and treatment useless. Only COVID was playing roulette with a .22 handgun. Hantavirus is an AR-15. Zero infections or bust. 🚨

Andes Virus is now confirmed to have presymptomatic transmission. 48 hours before start of symptoms. Dr. Gustavo Palacios, a microbiologist at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, did the 2018 outbreak study Ty @unique_anonym!!

You cannot argue with MAGA. They demand evidence, then call your sources biased. You provide primary sources, they claim they're doctored. You show them video, they say it's out of context. You give them context, they say you're cherry-picking. This isn't debate. This is a systematic refusal to allow reality to intrude on mythology. You're not arguing facts. You're arguing whether facts exist.

@Globalbiosec @prather_kim @DrEricDing @yaneerbaryam @jljcolorado 6-8 week incubation. 130 people at home. 2 day presymptomatic is a disaster. I think I have a plan. Andes viremia goes through the roof prior to symptoms. RT-qPCR on buffy coat (white blood cells). /1
