If City sign Ayyoub Bouaddi & Enzo Fernandez, they will have signed 20 players for a whopping £849.8m since January 2025.
Not only that, somehow they manage to sell failed signings like Trafford & Reijnders for profit despite only joining a year ago.
Considering they are accused of paying players & managers off the books, it's not a stretch to believe they do the same with clubs.
This is all while they have the greatest cheating scandal in English football history hanging over them with 115/130 charges pending.

Professional football doesn't work on emotions. Players don't cancel their mandatory rest just to satisfy fans on social media. Clubs give those breaks for recovery because an exhausted player is far more likely to get injured.
Questioning his commitment because he hasn't resumed early is a lazy narrative. Judge him when he returns, not while he's on the leave the club approved.

The reason I don’t want Manu Koné is not because he’s injury prone and doesn’t have premier league experience, it’s because we already have Youri Tielemans and Kobbie Mainoo. I see Koné more as a Central midfielder, who also passes and we already have Youri and Kobbie there.
Baleba is not coming to be a passer or central midfielder. Baleba is coming to be an athletic, dynamic, ball carrier and strong number 6 who covers large number of grounds when the Cms are ahead for the ball.
He’s coming to win possessions, duels and also drive the ball and dribble through tight and compact midfields to either the 8 or 10.
Koné sitting at the position Baleba is supposed to sit would expose that midfield more and it would be a mistake based on Misprofiling.
