Learned some fascinating things about Notre Dame — and @BYU — pulling this story together for Game Week:
BYU and Notre Dame may be football foes this Saturday, but they share much in common beyond the gridiron — and a few differences.
These private Christian universities have global identities anchored to faith, grit and football, with both seeing their football programs as extensions of their Christian missions.
Read more about their similarities and differences in the thread below.

Play college soccer or tackle law school? BYU’s Emma Neff does both.
Neff is pursuing a rare feat: Attending law school while also competing in DI college sports.
We see how she's handling it all in the thread below.

NEW: Albert and Marianna Gamboa just might be, in coach Scalley's words, "the world's best Ute fans.”

The disruptions in college football can be maddening — but still, nothing matches the Saturday afternoon joy of cheering for your team. 🏈🏈
I was reminded of the pure fun of being a fan writing this profile of “Super Ute Fans” - the Gamboas. @caraleones54
How did 2 immigrants — a Venezuelan and a Slovakian — become the ‘best Ute fans in the world’?
