Bull shit, Let’s put this in context. Musk was moving himself and his companies to Texas years before Newsom signed AB 1955. Texas has a $7.25 minimum wage compared with California’s $16.95 today, along with a different tax and regulatory environment. Musk said AB 1955 was the ‘final straw,’ but pretending that one California law explains his broader move to Texas leaves out a whole lot of the story. He’s a fucking cheap skate hiding behind a law that doesn’t mandate “outing” kids for no reason. Read the bill before passing judgement on what it entails. This whole post is misleading.
