July was INSANE. 🤯 Pure adrenaline, start to finish.
My best month ever, by far.
And I'm endlessly grateful for it.
4 years ago, entrepreneurship was just a dream, nothing I could grasp.
2 years ago, I left my job and I was scared.
Today, I get to live that dream. 🙏
Full transparency: these are revenue numbers, not profit, not my salary. FeatherFlow is a (TALENTED!) team. And Effortless Backlinks is split 50/50 with my co-founder.
A bunch of people here inspired me (@SimonHoiberg for example). I hope I can inspire others too. ❤️
Keep going!

All-time high for my SaaS and my startup marketplace.
Everything is built, designed, and promoted with my little hands while spending 2 hours a day in the gym, closing the laptop at 6 pm, and sleeping 8 hours.
Keep going!

Two quotes for the same product can be very far apart. Often one studio asked questions first and the other didn't.
Before we quote, we ask:
What is the goal?
Where are you today?
When does it need to go live?
What budget do you have in mind?
So when you get two quotes, ask which one actually asked about your business.
Realized the same a few days ago.
A friend knows a cook who just lost his job. His company cut staff because of AI, so there were fewer people to cook for.
Damn...
Just had a call with a photo editing service which made me realize the second order effect of AI is taking way more jobs.
HeadshotPro taking photographers jobs, which take away photo editors their jobs which reduces Photoshop licences. Down and down and down.
Gemini now doing photo creation taking our job.
All in Google it is.

We built the Ntree editor from simple blocks with a live preview.
There are complex rules underneath, but editing a page should feel as easy as any link-in-bio tool.

Sometimes I can't believe I run two very profitable businesses.
It's something I dreamed of 3 or 4 years ago.
Something that seemed completely unrealistic back then.
And it's even more fun than I imagined.
"Why hire an agency to build software? Just use Claude Code."
Our clients, swamped with board meetings, investor calls and hiring while running a media company, a medical billing company or a luxury travel agency: ⁉️

My new personal website is finally live. 🙏
My first homepage, built when I was 11, had a guestbook. So the new one has one too. 🥰
Leave a few words or draw a little doodle.

Makes total sense to vibe code all your tools yourself if you're broke and have too much time.
Focus is an entrepreneur's most valuable asset.
"We usually don't just trust people. You earned it."
A client in New York said that to us on a call.
They're a media company building an interactive streaming platform. When we started, it hadn't launched yet, and their engineer had already built a lot of features
The problem was that it was hard to use and hard to understand. Nobody on the team was really thinking about what it's like for someone who just sits down to watch or produce a show
We changed the order of things, restructured parts of the product and moved features to where a viewer would actually look for them. On the same call, they said design and how we handled scaling the video were two of the things they valued most
Thank you for trusting us with this 🫶
AI helps engineers build faster than ever. But someone still has to decide what's worth building, what to leave out, how onboarding should work and what happens in the edge cases. If nobody does that, you just ship the wrong thing faster
If you have a strong engineering team but nobody owning the product side, I'd be happy to talk. We've done this for companies in New York, Washington DC, Florida and North Carolina.
