So help Benny Johnson in trying to identifying the victim. The perpetrator is being identified as Carter Robert Porter (also known online as @thea.ctiveworld / ThreeOfAKind). Most call him the prankster … but he crossed the line to perpetrator in my book. Because he threatened the livelihood of that man, while he was working. The video of the confrontation with the Red Baron employee (while he was stocking freezers) was watermarked with the Instagram handle @thea.ctiveworld. That account, linked to Porter (sometimes called ThreeOfAKind), was deactivated after the clip went viral and drew heavy backlash. Benny Johnson’s post described the person as a “nuisance TikTok influencer,” but the original footage was posted on Instagram. The prank involved approaching the worker, asking for the time, and then claiming to have taken $10 via a fake Apple Pay transfer on his phone. The employee reacted angrily, mentioning his four kids, mortgage struggles, long hours, and early start the next day. Note that some online claims connect Porter to prior unrelated charges in Oakland County, Michigan; those do not appear tied to this specific incident based on available reporting. The store location was a Meijer (in the Highland/White Lake, MI area), though some posts (including Benny’s) referred to it as Walmart.
