It’s not about American Veterans when you’re making a dying man pay back money he doesn’t owe. The VA can make a mistake at no fault of the veteran and then garnish over 1/2 of his compensation. How is that caring for the veteran when it creates a hardship. They denied his wavier, they denied his hardship. Just crazy
