There are a lot of videos on YouTube of people visiting the UK from all over the world. They love our history, architecture, beautiful cities, towns & villages, the countryside etc. The main surprise (to them) is how diverse & multi-cultural we are & they love it as do most of us

Hi @McivorJaymey, your whole party has been silent on George Madgwick (since he was arrested in January).
Surely you have something to say?

THIS IS AMAZING: A French artist fixed the sign on Donald Trump’s Las Vegas tower. It now reads “TRUMP OUT,” just in time for midterms.
French artist Joanie Lemercier pulled it off with a laser. He and his team rented a room across from the Trump International Hotel weeks ahead of time, set up a bright projector about 200 meters away, and beamed the word “OUT” right next to the giant gold “TRUMP” letters at the top of the 64-story building.
Then he dropped the photos on Election Day.
“Today are the US midterms, an election that will have a deep and broad impact on international politics,” he wrote.
Even the French know what’s on the line.
Don the Con spent years plastering his name in gold on every tower he could buy. He never imagined someone would finish the sentence for him.
People in Vegas loved it. One person who saw it in person wrote, “I saw this and loved it! So many people were taking pics.” They said they hadn’t seen that many people looking at the building in a long time.
Lemercier has done this before. He lit up Buckingham Palace and the British Parliament for climate protesters, and he’s built portable projectors so activists everywhere can pull off stunts just like this one.
The building said it. Now the voters get the final word.

The paid gobshite @ZiaYusufUK hasn't posted for over 8 hours. Reform UK is dying before our very eyes. All we need now is the Standards Commissioner to haul @Nigel_Farage over the coals and we can all have a lovely Christmas 🎄
Fascist Bob of the 'Not English Enough Throng' (NEET) needs help and support to find paid employment where he can learn new skills: Critical thinking, how to engage meaningfully with grown ups, anti racism and anti discrimination training is essential. Will work for free.

What a laugh 😹
David Frost accusing Labour of “giving away the farm” takes some nerve.
He helped negotiate the Brexit deal that erected trade barriers between British farmers and their biggest neighbouring market.
Before Brexit, Britain helped write EU rules. Afterwards, we lost our vote but still had to follow those rules to export there.
Now he complains about becoming a rule-taker!
That’s precisely what Brexit made us.
An SPS agreement repairs some of the damage. It doesn’t restore our influence.
The answer is to rejoin the Single Market, not defend the economic vandalism that made this agreement necessary.

Every day, in every way, Reform leads……
In showing a debased, disgusting, fraudulent, incompetent profile to the British people

This is utterly disgusting!
George Madgwick, the leader of Reform in Hampshire has been charged with 35 offences against four victims, including 12 counts of rape and making indecent images of a child.
The (CPS) said on Tuesday that it had charged George Madgwick with the offences, which it says took place between 2008 and 2021 in Portsmouth and Wales

What did you know, and when, @Nigel_Farage?
Reform UK Councillor George Madgwick was arrested in January.
@nigel_farage then visited him in Portsmouth 2 months later and platformed him at a @ReformParty_UK rally.
What did he know, and when?

Get this cult OUT of British politics!
In case you're unfamiliar with George Madgwick, he was outed in the ITV documentary recently as the neo-Nazi Reform councillor in Portsmouth.
He's been a cosy contributor to many media shows, not least @ShelaghFogarty on @LBC who has had many laughs with him on air.
Reform UK once again will claim that it's 'one bad apple' but it is obvious to all now that they do not vet candidates.
This is a truly horrific set of charges and should, in normal times, trigger a nationwide investigation into the party.
But will it?
No, we know it won't at all. Farage will brush it off as he always does.
We should not let them skirt this latest disgusting breach of trust.

A major investigation has uncovered an Israel-linked, three-year disinformation operation designed to spread Islamophobia, anti-migrant hatred and far-right conspiracy theories across more than 30 countries.
The operation spent £6.12 million generating 800 million advertising exposures across social media platforms.
The UK was among the worst-affected countries, with 154.1 million exposures, followed by France (120.6 million), the US (99.7 million), Italy (76.2 million) and Germany (34.3 million).
These campaigns include claiming that there's an Islamic invasion and Muslim countries are buying European buildings and converting them into mosques.
In the UK, 61% of comments sampled on targeted Facebook adverts expressed support for Islamophobic views.
Think about that. Millions spent deliberately exploiting prejudice, spreading conspiracy theories and turning Muslims into scapegoats and to dehumanise them.
The Nazi regime also ran a massive, state-sponsored propaganda and disinformation campaign.

That the UK Prime Minister is showing leadership on a question where he thinks he has public support and the political establishment is shocked tells us quite a lot about the state of politics. rejoinrejoin.substack.com/p/…

Burnham sees the EU question as an increasingly sharp dividing line between Labour and the Tories - he dismisses the suggestion that reopening the Brexit debate is a mistake, but is keen to push the economic arguments to win over sceptical voters
