Voting for Shapiro is a wasted vote. He will win anyway.
Voting for Garrity is a wasted vote. She's not going to win.
A vote for Krawchuk (even though he is unlikely to win) does something a Shapiro or Garrity vote does not do. It signals you are done with the establishment.
