I blind ranked five real estate myths, from needing 20% down to waiting for interest rates to drop. The truth depends on your situation. You may be able to buy with less than 20% down, and renting can make sense if you’re only staying a year.

Renovations don’t always add value, either. Before buying, focus on whether the home and payment work for you.

I blind ranked five morning routine habits, and working out took the top spot. A little morning reading came in close behind. Checking my phone right away may not work for everyone, but knowing there are no emergencies helps me focus on my workout.

I’m not big on forcing a 5 a.m. wake-up, and cold showers are LAST on my list. I’d rather follow what works for me!

A lot of people are struggling to hit the numbers they’re expected to hit right now. That pressure can feel like an epidemic. A setback is a challenge, but it doesn’t have to stop you. With the right mindset, focus, and understanding, you can find a way forward.

Keep working through it, one step at a time.

@roryvaden’s “Sheehan’s wall” is a reminder that progress comes from staying focused. If you spread your effort across too many things, you may never break through. Find the one action that will move the needle today.

Do it first, then take on the rest. Small, focused efforts add up. Keep showing up for that one thing, even when progress feels slow, and eventually you’ll break through.

Motivation can get you started. Commitment keeps you moving when things get hard. I joined Craig Andrews on Leaders & Legacies to talk about staying focused, pushing through setbacks, and continuing to show up when the initial motivation fades. @allies4me

The way you see yourself can shape how you face life’s hardest challenges. Believing you can move forward is a powerful first step, whether you’re working toward recovery or facing another setback.

I know there will be obstacles along the way. Belief doesn’t make them disappear, but it can help you find the strength to keep going when the path gets difficult.

I want to thank Life Lion, Hershey Medical Center, and everyone in the medical field who steps into high-stress situations to help others. EMS and every person providing that care made a difference in my life.

If they weren’t there, doing what they do with such skill and efficiency, I wouldn’t be here today. Thank you.

Never in a million years did I think my recovery story would land me in @MensFitnessX Magazine. When that article came out in 2011, the response blew me away. People from all over the country reached out to tell me how much my journey inspired them.

What I saw as simply my recovery, others saw as a reason to keep going. Never underestimate the power of your story. What you've overcome might be exactly what someone else needs to hear.

@EdMylett absolutely nailed this one. Finding purpose in pain has been the story of my life. I've learned that our greatest setbacks often teach us the most valuable lessons.

The pain isn't the end of your story. It's an opportunity to learn, grow, and turn adversity into fuel for what's next. Sometimes your greatest purpose is found in the very thing you wish never happened.

I went from wondering if I'd ever walk again to demonstrating @SpartanRace obstacles in Times Square on @GMA. I thought my days as an athlete were over, but obstacle racing gave me a new way to challenge myself without comparing who I was to who I'd become.

My one rule was simple: We start together, and we finish together. Nobody gets left behind. Your next chapter may look nothing like your last, and that's okay.

I agree with @jimkwik here. Purpose isn't something you simply stumble upon. It grows from the things you're passionate about. When you pursue something you truly care about, you're more likely to find meaning in what you do.

But here's what I've learned through my own journey: passion and motivation can only take you so far. At the end of the day, commitment is what keeps you moving forward.
